For a long term, I just don't recommend a shared bathroom, can be a little annoying waiting for your turn to have a shower.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach, tram and bus stop. The rooms are very clean, facilities working perfectly and Zara is amazing.

Close to the beach and easy access to transportation. Perfect for our weekend relaxation purposes. Very beautiful city full of sunshine, as was Zara. She is very warm and approachable. We had a great stay at this place. I highly recommend.

Great location, close to the beach and public transportation in a very cute neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants and cafes. The whole interior is new and comfortable. The owner goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and at home. Thank you, Zara 🌞👍🏻

The apartment and the room completely exceeded my expectations. Other accomodations near the sea were almost double the price and looked much older and with worse opinions so I decided to try this homestay experience. This deffinetly felt like being in a hotel. Everything super clean, the shared bathroom is always very clean too! Super friendly host.

The things that we less liked was the fact that the room was right next to the front door, so we could hear people coming in and out. The other thing that could be changed would be the curtain in the bedroom, too much brightness coming into the room, would be best if there were shutters/persianas. But overall, a lovely stay and room!

Lovely room, very welcoming and helpful host. Clean room with clean bathroom. We booked the room with a private bathroom, very enjoyable! The whole house was very modern, possibly recently built. We also had access to the kitchen and use of the coffee machine with proper coffee pods, that was great!

Quite and very clean rooms and it is just a few minutes to the beach. I really enjoyed the hotel and I feel like home and the host Zara was very friendly and helpful. And definitely I will book this hotel when I plan to come back again to Valencia.

Everything was very clean and modern and you have everything to your disposal. Also the location is near the beach like a 5 minute walk. i would for sure come back to this place. The owners are very kind and warm people that are open to help you around. And have a nice chat with you.

Just be aware you need 50€ cash for deposit for the keys (which is standard) but the closest ATM’s all charged 7€ to withdraw cash so I recommend getting cash out prior or finding somewhere with a lower fee as this seemed crazy…

Great location! Super close to the tram stop and the beach. I went for a walk along the beach esplanade everyday and it was such a great way to start/end the day. Their were lots of bars, restaurants, small shops, banks (ATM) and bicycle hire stores within walking distance. The room was beautiful and it’s clear the house has been freshly renovated as it is very modern. The furnishings and finishes are beautiful. And lastly, the host and guest interactions I had were amazing and made it the highlight of my trip. Zara (host) is extremely responsive and such a friendly person who is always willing to give you information and answer any questions!!!

The room was super loud as it was in the ground floor next to the commune kitchen area. This place has a vibe of a hostel. Avoid if you travel by car! The place doesn’t have its own parking so you need to go around trying to find a parking spot on the street

Right after booking our non-refundable stay, we had a surprise of a 30 Euros extra for late check-in that was not planned in our budget. We also booked a third night directly with the host, which we agreed on the price and were supposed to get a better room (with private bathroom instead of shared) and away from the street, because the room we had was very noisy. We packed all our things in the morning, as the host asked us to, so she could move it to the new room during the day. When we came back, she announced that we were staying in our old room and she had given the upgrade that we payed for to someone else without compensation. Breakers tripped twice, fortunately the owner was there the first time and fixed it so I knew where the breaker box was and could manage it the second time.

Zara is very friendly, welcoming and willing to help and share with guests. New renovated appartment, very clean and convenient.
