Block A isn’t great.

Love staying here. As a solo female traveller, it’s safe, easy and has everything I need. Free yoga is fab too. Had a massage this time which was also amazing.

Uncomfortable beds, fridge quite smelly. Keycard system for self check in does not work, and we were left at nearly 10pm trying to call various numbers to gain access, it’s clearly a known issue as once you call through several numbers you get to someone who had all the codes we needed. Cards were then waiting for us in the room. Doesn’t feel acceptable to put people through the stress when codes could be given in advance

I understand some people struggled with checking in after 4pm when the reception closes but we had no problems, used the QR code and got our entry cards and the property had also sent us PIN codes for the main entrance and for our apt.

Loved the property and its location, all nice modern convenience and equipment. Very chilled vibe in the property.

Not enough cleaning staff have been hired so they are under way too much pressure & therefore there is not enough cleaning happening at all. Also the "double room" is two single beds pushed together which is not comfortable or nice for a couple

Its unfortunate but the design of the upper apartment was different layout to the ground floor which we were in. The bathroom in the upper apartment was directly above our bedroom, and so when the people above flushed the loo in the middle of hte night , we were awakened. This happened every night! So I would suggest a first floor apartment.

Fabulous pool. Sun terrace to front and back. Comfortable bed. Everything you could possibly need in a holiday apartment.

The self check in touch screen does not work properly and we only got into the property because the manager helped us. Our room was not cleaned properly on two occasions (beds not made, towels not changed and patio not swept).

Lovely apartment close to a beautiful beach. Very comfortable, spacious and well laid out with everything we needed in the kitchen. Great location with easy access to a row of restaurants and a good supermarket

Pool was cold not heated as advertised. Building work from early morning until late, was opposite our terrace. We were only staying for 3 nights so this didn’t really bother us but would have become an issue if we were there for longer and in the apartment for longer. We would definitely stay again but request an apartment away from the building work

Entry system was tricky after reception closes at 16-00. Advise online checking and print QR code. Telephone advice on 24 number worked in the end.

Reception only open 8-4. However, when open, very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location - could hear the sea from our room. Easy journey from airport. Safe area. Loved people watching and sunsets from the many quiet, but busy, bars around the harbour. Brand new, spotless apartments, with pool, gym, laundry room and more. Great French Bakery across the road. Supermarket very nearby. Fantastic restaurants in the small town. Friendly people.

The electronic check in was a bit confusing. Reception was open so it was solved easily. Would have liked an oven rather than just a microwave.

The process of payment was complicated and not well communicated! We didnt know, that there is a payment machine at the entrance of the accomodation and were super confused how we will enter the room. In additio, nobody was really answering the phone and we have to wait for a hour for a room key, cause the payment machine which ususally have to give you the key, broke in that time. We were really disappointed in the beginning.

Super tidy appartment on a nice spot with grocery store and bunch of nice restaurants and coffee spots nearby.

Hotel is in a quiet location with local shops and restaurants. The staff are very attentive and pleased to help.

A slight improvement in kitchen equipment, especially better pans, and the provision of a basic set of spices would make the stay even more comfortable. This is high-level criticism, as overall, this accommodation deserves a rating of 9/10 and is absolutely recommendable.

The LACASA Apartments Cortillo shine with outstanding cleanliness, a stunning facility, and an ideal location. The fantastic rooftop terrace deserves special mention.

The beds were on rollers so would not stay together. The pool was very cold.

There was no breakfast with this property. Very good location but if you were on the left side of the property you over looked a building site.

I didn’t get the room cleaned as needed despite asking a couple of times. There were sometimes a shortage of beds by the pool.

Lovely location, clean and very well furnished. Lots of little details that made it special. Everything thought of. Large spaces, comfortable beds and bedding, no short cuts. 5 minute walk to the beach and old town. Supermarket nearby. Staff were super helpful.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect, we had a big apartment rigth next to the pool on the ground floor and it couldn’t be better! The complex has its fitness, library and yoga room, you can also pour a filtered water there, cleaning lady comes every second day, many things sustainable, very comfort bed. I can’t complain about anything. I felt much better there than in a hotel. Thank you so much!
