Towel should be changed regardless where they were left of as of a 4 star hotel would do in general.

The hotel is nicely located and offered grate view over the city, also the breakfast was very good with numerous options to choose from also with some variations every morning.

Great view of the ocean and at the other side of Teide, quite location with a lot of nature. Good quality of breakfast, fantastic espresso coffee with Necta machines. All the areas are very clean.

The most unpleasent thing was that the water in the pool was colder than the water in the ocean. Also, the biggest pool for adults was restored during our stay. It was opened in our check-out day. Other things like squeeking door handles, no air ventilators at the bathroom.

First of all the views to El Teide and to the ocean were incredible. The food was great and a lot to choose from. The rooms very spacious and beds were confortable. The facilities like pools, table tennis, tennis court, pool table, playhouse for kids, evening events for kids and adults were again very welcomed.

Generally in the restaurant, the hot meal was a bit poorer than the remaining section of the food selection. The large pool was under reconstruction with high level of noise, but it is close to the ready state. (We did not know about the reconstruction work in advance.)

We spend nice days in the hotel enjoying the really nice view from the premium 5th floor room. The premium room guests have separated calm area in the restaurant, so it was worth to pay a bit more for that.

The old-school design felt a bit anachronistic, but wasn't a problem in general. The breakfast was good with a large choice of food, but also a bit mediocre with not too tasty automatic machine-made coffee... nevertheless, good value for money.

Great hotel and resort with nice views of the town and ocean below. It's a bit dated by design perspective, but well-maintained and clean. The best thing was the pool area for adults (16+), it seemed refurbished with excellent views and quiet surroundings.

On arrival, at the hotel's reception, I was told to accept a new room at the cost of 120 Euros more, since the one I bought was 'noisy'. I refused it, yet still ended up getting the offer for the proposed room at zero cost. Good deal but didn't like the commercial "technique" on the hotel's behalf.

Standard hotel, I liked the pool for +16 of age since it's a hotel for families. Calm and quiet.

we arrived pretty late (our fault). we weren’t able to get anything to eat or drink as everything had shut. on saying that the staff were very sweet & the breakfast really made up for the lack of room service.

Property was quite dated. There was very little by way of amenities. No tea/coffee making facilities despite there being a kitchenette and bare minimum by way of toiletries. Anytime you need something, you have to go down to reception where there is always a queue. There is no iron in the room. You have to pay a 40 euro deposit to borrow one!

Good value for money. Good for children and very spacious rooms.

Just some thoughts, though we really had a great stay: The extra bed for the child was okay for our 7 year old, but for bigger children/adults it is quite uncomfortable. The opening hours of the bistro were different than on the information we received and quite confusing, maybe updating the flyer in the rooms would help avoid that.

The staff all around was very attentive and friendly and always had a smile on their face. We had a suite with seaview and it was great to wake up with an amazing view. The pool and garden area were very clean and the whole resort is well kept. It can be crowded at the end of the breakfast time, so I would recommend to eat before 9am for a quieter and relaxed breakfast.

Wifi! It was the only thing from getiing 10 socre wifi not working in allot of places and you need to be exactly in some place near the kitchen in the room

The best staff, we are eating really specific kosher food and they did the best! Thay gave all vegetables and fruits the whole and use new fried pot for us, really amazing service! The Jacuzzi the room the teniis and chess everything was great!!

the rooms have absolutely nothing in them in terms of amenities - no drinking water, no cotton pads, nothing - I appreciate it’s keeping costs under control but a bottle of water a day or a mini bar would go a long way no room service no gym

Food was ok but very similar each day, particularly breakfast. Our large balcony had a table and two chairs but could easily have accommodated a couple of sun loungers to recline in.

Suite was very nice with fresh flowers brought daily. View was amazing from the large balcony. All staff very pleasant, particularly reception staff. Jose expedited our check in so we could get some lunch before the restaurant closed and also facilitated a late check out at the end of our stay! Pool area was lovely and adults only pool was large with a wonderful view of Mount Teide!

Rooms are starting to show their age but all worked perfectly in ours, so not really a problem.

We had a room with view to the pool where everything was according to our expectations. Kids loved the swimming pool and the billiard tables. Food was also pretty good and in variety every day both a breakfast and dinner. Easy to park and in easy reach of the hi-way. Ahhhh....double bed was so big that could almost loose your partner on it ;)
