Noisy neighbours. I wanted somewhere to stay for a further 6 nights so asked at reception was told to look on line. This seems to be a trend at hotels etc now. So went somewhere else completely which had great views and alot cheaper

Have visited here before so knew what to expect. We had no view as such , could just see the see on the top balcony, but these places are well equiped.

The bed should be changed. It is uncomfortable, quite old and deteriorated, and the curtains in the bedroom are torn and not clean.

From the pictures, our booked apartment should have had a good view of the garden, but there was nothing of that. So we asked for a change, because we took this place and this room because of the views. The apartment was very dirty, especially the floor. Also in the bathroom it was impossible to walk without outdoor shoes. The washing machine is very old and didn’t work. The reception answered only the next day that they could come and check but it was too late for us. The reception is only open from 09:00 to 17:00. Even before 17:00 there was no one. At 16:40 we went to ask for the wine opener, but nobody was there.

Spacious and large apartments. When we changed apartments, the new one had a beautiful view.

No internet and the lighting in the bedrooms were insufficient. Some furnishings were missing (e.g. a window blind in the kitchen) and the safes were not in working order.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The accommodation was very spacious and well-furnished. It is also located quite centrally. Restaurants, shops and a big supermarket is only a short drive way.

ITS YEAR 2023 AND THERE WAS NO WIFI - THIS WAS A MAJOR PROBLEM AS OUR UK SIMS DID NOT WORK IN SPAIN - THERE WAS NO CLEANING, OR SHEETS OR TOWEL CHANGE ( WE STAYED SUNDAY TO SUNDAY) - THE SAFE DID NOT WORK - THE POWER POINTS IN BATHROOMS DID NOT WORK, ( TOOTHBRUSH DIED) - THE RECEPTION AREA WAS ONLY OPEN FROM 09.00 - 17.00 WHICH IS CRAZY. WE HAD TO SPEND 3 EXTRA HOURS AT THE AIRPORT AS WE HAD TO REMOVE OUR BAGS AT 17.00, AS THEY CLOSED !! THE PARKING IS POORLY PLANNED AND THE ONE WAY SYSTEM IS IGNORED WHICH IS DANGEROUS - THERE IS ZERO SECURITY IN AND AROUND THE LOMAS VILLAGE APART FROM A SECURITY CAR THAT WE SAW 3 TIMES IN 8 DAYS - THE APARTMENTS AND SURROUNDING BUILDING NEED PAINTING - THE LIFE GUARD AT THE SWIMMING POOL (VERY CLOSE TO ROOM 551) ON SUNDAY 20 08 2023 WAS A REAL PAIN, SHOUTING LOUDLY INTO HIS MOBILE PHONE 'ALL DAY' WHEN CLIENTS ARE TRING TO SLEEP, RELAX OR READ. IT IS A REAL HIKE UP AND DOWN TO THE MAIN LA MANGA CLUB RESORT - NO FREE BUS LIKE BEFORE - NO TAXIS WAITING - ITS A 20-30 DRIVE TO ANY REAL BEACH ON LA MANGA STRIP, HOWEVER, GREAT WHEN YOU GET THERE. COMMUNICATION VIA BOOKING.COM WAS TERRIBLE, AS THEY ARE NOT OPEN, ALSO THE HOTEL WEB SITE NUMBERS DO NOT ANWSER AS THE HEAD OFFICE ALSO CLOSES !!

THE APARTMENT WAS A GOOD SIZE - IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND MOST THINGS WORKED. THE AIR CON WAS VERY GOOD !! THE POOL WAS A GOOD SIZE AND THE WATER WAS CLEAN - I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN... HOWEVER THERE ARE SOME MINUS POINTS - GREAT VIEWS FROM THE MAIN BEDROOM AND LOUNGE TERRACE - BBQ ON THE TERRACE.

Although the property wasn’t overly dirty as such, it was dusty on the surfaces and the outside patio table had alot of residue. We stayed in room 601-602 and was disappointed that the larger pool wasn’t open.

Unfortunately the property is in need of some TLC. The furniture and kitchen needs upgrading as it was dated, a little shabby and in part poorly maintained and in need of redecorating. However, this doesn’t detract from what is a lovely location and apartment: We bought two Pizzas to cook from the small selection of food and snacks at reception. They were frozen and we were able to keep them in the small freezer in our kitchen. However, when we tried to cook them and switched the oven ok to preheat it shorted and blew the trip box for the entire apartment: we tried this several times with the same result each time. The reception closed at 5pm (or thereabouts) each day and there was no information / contact list within the apartment so we were unable to speak to someone for help: The following day I went to reception to report the faulty oven and to let them know that the ground floor AC wasn’t working correctly. Having kept the Pizza’s in the freezer, I also returned them and asked reception to refund the money paid as we had been unable to cook them. This is request was declined despite the fact that the only reason we hadn’t cooked them was the fact that we coolant use the oven. I also told the lady that the AC wasn’t working correctly and I thought that she told me she was aware of the issue with the AC. I did later get a call from the reception offering a refund for the Pizza and asking me to return to the office for them to arrange this. I pointed it that we had already checked out and they were now an hour away so would not be able to rearm and asked the lady of there were other ways they spoke refunthe cash

The complex is beautiful with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside. The gardens, communal areas and general appearance is outstanding. Our duplex apartment was spotlessly clean with a lovely comfortable bed. The terrace outside of the bedroom was huge with a built in BBQ, dining set and sun beds for two. Even though it was a one bed properly the lounge, bathroom, terrace and solarium could have easily accommodated more people. We only stayed two nights here but would have been happier to have stayed here for the entire two weeks of our holiday and would definitely return. Lastly the cost for two nights considering the beautiful location and complex was simply amazing and an absolute bargain.

Loved it all. In reality, they’re bring the village back to life and needs some TLC on the exterior but you can see the work in progress. Brilliant to see it open again!

I found in need a grass area close to the pool to play ball games with the kids. The ping pong table is in terrible condition. As for the apartment, there is nowhere near enough kitchen utensils.

The village is beautiful and we'll maintained. Nice clean streets with benches and alot of trees. As for the apartment, it is spacious with the appropriate furniture and decorating.

we were upgraded from the apartments to the Principe Felipe due to issues with the management of the apartments. Everything was good, a bit of housekeeping in terms of fabrics/furnishings would not go amiss. location, friendliness of staff, quality of food could not be faulted.
