It was all amazing! Apartment clean and cozy I was lucky to have the Ground floor apartment just by the pool Antonio very responsive to address any issue I loved it! Location is great too by the seaside and close to the "movida" :)

Lack of washing mashine in the apartment, practically useless dish washer as there were not enough plates and utensils. A bit outdated coffee machine, uncomfortable chairs and sunbeds. Very difficult parking in the area.

Great location, nice and clean complex, good room size, beautiful view over las Maspalomas and the strip. Close to beach, shops, bus, restaurants. Cleaning service 3 times a week.

we arrived at night but couldn’t get in. we could see an envelope with our name on in the reception. We called the number on the door. no answer. we had to go around the property and lucky the manager was on his balcony. this happened a few times when gusts were arriving too as no reception staff. there was only 1 umbrella at the pool and the rest in the apartment areas. lastly we asked the cleaner to replace sheets but they said no only after 7 days!

Perfect location and facilities, everything has been renewed recently and it is noticeable. The cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many shops around.

Everything was absolutely perfect - Yamilet our housekeeper was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us to ensure our stay was amazing. The location of the appt is perfect for shopping, eating and the beach. Will definately be coming back again :)

It wasn’t very relevant to me, but the pool’s operating time is limited. Also, the rooms were treated a little too often, there was simply no such need. There was a situation where the room cleaner was pushing to clean the room and we had to leave for a short time (we felt driven out of the room). I wish there was an opportunity to put a sign on the door “do not disturb,” but there is no such opportunity. This is not a reproach, just an observation, it really doesn’t cause many inconveniences either.

Overall, it exceeded expectations. Very neat and well-equipped room-apartment, from kitchenware to TV. Very tidy and clean, carefully maintained environment. I made additional requests for the room that were taken into account, and the person I interacted with due to the additional conditions was very nice. WIFI quality and speed are just awesome!!! The view is just amazing, the location is very convenient, and there is a lot of entertainment around. There is no big problem in finding a parking space nearby. The photos provided are completely realistic and not like many other hotels, whose photos in many cases do not correspond to reality. Thank you for being honest and not cheating customers with unrealistic photos. This will definitely be my first choice when visiting Gran Canaria.

however, litterally is same level as the street so everyone can watch what you are doing at all times unless you close the curtains. It’s extremely exposed!

The kitchen doesn’t have a kettle and some basic tools which is annoying and it’s says there’s washing facilities but you have to pay to use them downstairs. The room is much smaller than it appears and it’s on a very busy passage to the beach so passers by are always looking in at the pool area and balconies etc. Also the hosts didn’t reply much when you messaged over booking.com

Nice room, did the job. We liked the pool and it was close to a mini mart and beach was down a few flights of stairs along with plenty of restaurants etc. Check in was easy they just left the keys in the entryway
