Hotel Las Terrazas is a well kept and modern hotel. The bar and restaurant are delightfully busy with a great choice of food at very reasonable prices. There's plenty of free parking and it's own well priced petrol station. We would definitely stay there again.

Unpleasant staff both in the restaurant and reception. Cleanliness leaves quite a bit to be desired.

Check in guy. Paid for breakfast but restaurant closed as it also was for dinner, so food only in noisy, intimidating bar, breakfast was cold tortilla. Requested double bed because of disabilities but given single.

The lady at the reception that checked us in in the afternoon marched in our room unannounced without any knocking using her master key when we were in bed around 8pm and immediately left when she saw us in the room. This made me uneasy as i don’t know what her business was to come to our room like that.

Great clean rooms and nice spacious bathroom, perfect for whoever drives and needs to park their car as there was plenty space to park. Also the food in the restaurant downstairs tasted great.

As above absolutely disgraceful. Nobody on reception to report it to. Would not go again. Sound proofing inadequate. Dont suppose you will take any notice of this feedback but at the least I would like some recompense.

Room and restaurant ok. However we were kept awake most of the night by excessive screaming and bed banging. Must have had some stamina to shag all night. Unaceptable noise for a hotel.

Food - there is not much to eat apart from "tapas" (cold, looking dated sandwiches). Strangely, the kitchen opens after 9 pm (!), so only chance to get warm food is to take it before going to bed. But that seems to be a common problem in Spain.

- Noise, noise, NOISE. If you are in the new part of the building, there is NO noise isolation whatsoever. You hear everything from below, above, next to you and the hallway. It was impossible to sleep due to that. They might have backwards engineered noise isolation to be extra noisy. - uncomfortable beds. They were the cheapest foam (NOT memory foam) ever. No support so you esssentially sleep on the bed frame - they have some kind of night light over the door that can't be switched off. Even with something taped over it, it lit up the whole room

The restaurant was all Fast Food, pizza chips burgers etc, in the middle was a soft play area which, of course, was FULL of kids. Not our kind of hotel at all

It is in an industrial area so no supermarkts or restaurants to go to except within the hotel. Not very good english speakers (staff). Breakfast was ok not so much to choose from (for people who don't eat meat).

The room was bright and looked very clean.
