The pool wasn't too great as in the middle of the car park but right next to the ocean so I didn't mind.

Great location, very clean and well equipped apartment. The view was great too. We had a problem with the door lock, we called Toni and it was sorted very very speedily. We would 100% stay here again when next in Benidorm.

I haven't marked down the score due as it was really out of the owner's control, but the whole reason we booked here was for that view over Levante beach. During our stay, a portion of the front of the building was covered by a green net due to maintenance work. You could still see out, but it really did spoil it. Hopefully this is /was a short term thing.

Perfect location, pool (in the car park, but hey..), gated car parking so ideal if you have a hire car. Nicely finished apartment.

As this is a studio apartment it's probably one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in been going to benidorm for over 30 years would highly recommend it 5 stars will definitely be going back it really is a little gem

The apartment lacked enough crockery, toilet rolls and the cleaning could be improved. I had no internet so no way of communicating with the host. She kindly offered to check us in early but because of the lack of communication available to us it was a very stressful and exhausting walk to find her. Could they leave the keys in a safe place?

Location was perfect if you want to be in the middle of the “English vibe new town” nightlife etc, 20 mins walk to “Spanish vibe old town” for a very different night out, host was great and very quick to respond.

There was only a juliett balcony, you only got about 30 minutes hot water in morning for shower which had to accommodate 2 of us.

The views from the 18th floor are stunning overlooking Levante beach. We were never awake for sunrise but sunset over the bay, just breathtaking. Free car parking and a lovely host.

The view was exceptional, the apartment was very clean and was well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The location was just perfect. We will definitely be staying again.

Needs no improvement.

The apartment is great. Modern, comfortable and very clean. It has all thats needed for a great stay, including kitchen facilities, a large fridge freezer, a hair dryer., ironing board and iron, and a really good shower. There is a great swimming pool, and a large private car park which is free. The location is amazing, very near to all the fun places and the sea view is fantastic (18 floors up). The complimentary bottle of wine, water, crisps and nuts was a nice gesture. Toñi, the host, who was very friendly and spoke good English, met us at the car park gate, and showed us the apartment facilities. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning.

Toñi was absolutely amazing. she kept in touch with us from booking it to arriving. She met us at the gate and took us up to show us how everything worked. She couldn’t have done any more to make our stay in her lovely apartment any better. The view from this property has got to be the best in Benidorm. and it’s right there when lying in bed. Shower was great, bathroom and kitchen all very clean. the air con heating was great. it was just perfect.

The cleanliness was the thing to improve, especially the bed. Three of the sheets were dirty, like if someone else had been sleeping in them beforehand :-( No dishwasher and some of the dishes and glasses were dirty. The entrance door was hard to close and made some noise and discomfort. The apartment is quite low and you may feel like in a cage... One of us had to wait at the exit gate to leave it open till the other leaves the keys on the 18th floor and comes back downstairs again. There should be some way to open the gate from inside...

The location is great and, maybe because it was low season, there were very few people in the building. The view fom the bed is what made me book this apartment and it was worth it. We liked the possibility of using Netfix as the Spanish channels (the only ones available) are weak. It was warm in the apartment although the tempertures outside were low at the time. The building, comparing to others in Benidorm, was not so bad. There are six apartments next to one another on each level with four lifts stopping at every second floor.

Bed was a little small so one of us had to take that and the other two on the sofa bed, could have done with more pillows and towels for the duration of the stay. We wouldn’t have gone to the pool anyway but there weren’t any loungers round the pool and doesn’t look like it would be wide enough around the edge to comfortably fit them either to be honest.

Perfect location right on the beach and a short walk to the strip if that’s what you’re interested in. View was just stunning, we loved the apartment overall. The apartment was empty the night before so our host was kind enough to let us check in as soon as we arrived which got our stay off to a great start.
