Well, we arrived at the hotel Leon to find it was closed for renovation. We had had no info regarding this closure. No one to ask, Reception closed. Luckily a member of staff appeared and we were then informed to check in at hotel Therme. No apology given for not informing us about the closure. The room was on the 2nd floor and the lift only went to the 1st floor. After lengthy discussions were given a room on the ground floor. This is the 3rd visit for us. Meals were OK but the cost was 25 euros instead of the 20 euros at the Leon. We chose the Leon because it is closer to the spa. This will be our last visit to this facility. Very disappointed. There is no excuse for not informing us about the hotel closure. An email costs nothing!! Thoroughly spoilt our visit. A special occasion for Valentines day. We would at least expect an apology for the inconsiderate way they treat their guests.

We like the spa but too many kids in there. Had to pay extra for full spa experience.

Breakfast was poor. Arrived for breakfast at 10.15 on Sunday and there was very little left - only cornflakes for cereal. No bread for toast. Dried up scrambled eggs with little else. Cheap bottled fruit juice. Some fresh fruit which included very under ripe Bananas.

Access to the Spa facilities was very good.

It’s a thermal spa, so I expect comfortable pillows on the bed! I didn’t sleep well at all! There was nothing extra in the room, no fridge, hair dryer…

Breakfast disappointing. Unable to sit around the pool since people reserved chairs with their towels. Subsequently they disappeared for hours on end and we were unable to find a space.

The breakfast in the Hotel Termal was dreadful! The worst scrambled eggs I have ever been served in any hotel anywhere in the world. Served with two equally pathetic sausages. For such a superb resort it is amazing that this is even possible and they charge 12 euros for the privilege? TIP. Go to the Casino Bar next door.

The beds were in very bad shape. I could feel the springs of the mattress. They could at least put a top coat with foam for a three star hotel…

The swimming pools were very nice, big and you could spend a whole day without getting bored.

The food horrible - the girl from reception said that is possible to eat free buffet on 15€ /pers and the kid on half price and when we arrived up the guy charged us 20€ each one 😆but isn’t this the probl. The probl is that the food was horrible - just the slice of pizza was a little better other things not to eat, without taste or really dry( chicken with garlic). So zero points for dinner at the hotel Leon. We paid 233€ for one night and I can say is to much for this structure, the room had no hair dryer, the door to the bathroom did not close , the saunas +35€/pers if you want +40€ for dinner . The hotel inside is clean but is really old. Not recommend for this price this structure.

I really liked the view outside. And also the warm water in the swimming pools. And breakfast was ok.

Staff, very unhelpful. My sister hid her purse under her bed containing all her holiday cash and credit cards while we went out to dinner, next morning we checked out and she forgot her purse, a friend who speaks Spanish telephoned the hotel to explain our situation and they said it wasn’t there. I drove back to the hotel which was 2 hours away and was met by a non english speaking receptionist who didn’t understand us and eventually put someone on the phone who spoke some English, they were very dismissive of our situation and wouldn’t let us go to the room with a member of staff to show them exactly where the purse was, so we asked if a staff member could check again as we had driven all the way back but they said no someone is now renting the room. They were extremely unhelpful and it’s totally spoilt my sisters holiday. Really poor customer service. Someone has the purse……

The staff on the pool reception the restaurant where we order a burger that was raw and the chips cold. The hotel was old fashioned smelt like a care home a d the bed was very uncomfortable.. I had paid for an upgraded superior toom and was very disappointed.
