Not quite what I was expecting. The units feel almost brand new and are very comfortable. Good facilities on site and excellent location. Staff very friendly and d so orated out the few problems I had in a a CV profesional manner.

The rooms are not that well isolated, especially the doors are very thin and one can hear people pass by.

Bathroom sink was extremely small - you can t even wash your face, hand only. Glass screen had not appropriate size to protect the water go out when having a shower.

Good location, 3 mins to metro station, room facilities organized very effective and ergonomic, plenty of space for your stuff, well maintained.

This place looks like a student home, the rooms are not sound proof

It was a fully equipped kitchen but yet there was no kettle. The shower head wasn't adjustable and the wifi in the room wasn't great.

The studio is ok for one person, but the bathroom is too basic, no place where to put shampoo, soap or anything in the shower area. There is no door in the shower area, so be careful to control the pressure of the shower , otherwise the toilet area can get flooded.

The location is great, close to metro and train stations . The building is more like a student dorm, but very quiet and clean.

There is nothing that I did not like but note that this is a student accomodation, not a hotel or private apartment, was not noisy at all when I was there.

Easy acces to public transport (metro, tram etc) which takes you to city center in a short journey, reception staff was really friendly and helpful, was clean, marina is nearby. Recommend it and would stay here again in near future!

Excellent stay. It's student residences but this had no impact on my stay, which was great. There was no noise, bed was comfortable, room was spotless, location was excellent, walking distance from the beach and a stones throw from a metro station to the city centre and direct to the airport. The staff were super helpful, when I had trouble working the blinds I whatsapped the number provided and got a response in a couple of minutes. Also they kept my luggage for me after I'd checked out. Gym was also good. Would highly recommend staying here.

Some of the equipments are broken, for example the chair in my room has a wheel fall apart and I cant fix it, the bath drain is clogged up badly. Beyond that I think it’s a good living experience.

Staff members are nice, room is big and clean, the most room equipments working normally.

Overall, the rooms are very clean and nice; but, the bathrooms do not have very good air circulation. As it is humid in Valencia, leaving the bathroom door and the windows (or the AC in the room) is not really solving the problem.

The amenities are very sufficient; the rooms are also really nice and comfortable. Pool and the gym are great options to cool down and get some workout in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great! The games, puzzles, books etc. are nice additions to the stay.

If I’d wanted to cook, I’d have struggled as the induction hob was matched with aluminium pans. The plates didn’t do too well in the microwave, either.

Beautiful studio room close to the Port and the Maritim Metro stop. The single beds were almost double sized. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They tolerated my poor Spanish and spoke excellent English.

It is not true that the reception is working 24h. The card for electricity (lights and air conditioner) works no more than 15 min. It was possibly to change it next day.

More than half of the channels of the TV weren't working, at least in our room. The premises were very clean except the outer side of the windows (again, in the room where we were staying). In the bathroom, the shower wall covers only half of the shower plate so, even being careful, some water goes out of the plate when taking a shower.

Very good location, 5 min away from Marítim-Serrería Metro Station. From here the center of town is 5-6 stations away, while the nearest beach of Arenas is 3 stops away, about 10-15 min on foot. Very clean premises. The rooms have kitchen, minibar, TV. Also there is a desk with drawers, a wardrobe, a relatively wide beds with drawers beneath, AC. There is also a pool for the guests.
