I stayed mid April and the temperatures were over 25C and the air conditioning was turned off. Manager told me it won’t be turned on until May. This is a 5star hotel and I’d have expected ac available all year. Other very cheap measures like charging for milk in your room (to have w coffee).

Everything was great! Very clean and comfortable room. During our stay we did not hear any noise from outside at night. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Very close to the beach

I loved the rooms and facilities, very new, clean, spacious and cozy. The staff was very friendly while profesional. And the food was outstanding and delicious. Special thanks to the Chef Pedro, who made pur stay so memorable.

Very minor, but we had two rooms on different floors and were unable to go each room as keys restricted access to floors when in lift.

There wasn’t much that could be improved. An iron and ironing board was not in the room but when requested was provided free of charge, would be better to have by default. The food on the room service is not included in all inclusive which is a bit misleading.

The staff and facilities within the resort are excellent. We spent the majority of four days at the resort without really having to leave, with plenty to do to keep us entertained and relaxed. Drinks provided on arrival (perhaps only those on all inclusive), an excellent check in overview and maps. Food and drinks were all very good, plenty of selection and good variety throughout our stay. Rooftop bar has a fantastic view, great spot to watch the sunset. The spa and massage is fantastic and they had a bonus massage provided free of charge when we booked one.

Our room was facing the street, and at night there were hoards of drunk people at night going home (passing hotel) screaming or loudly chanting which was getting through the windows. Also water was leaking from beneath the shower door, and the puddle was appearing in the room area.

Modern hotel, if close proximity to the sea. Great roof top bar and restaurant. Grilled chicken and panacota to die for.

I get the 6 drink rule , but feel we should be able to use the 6 when we choose not 3 at lunch and 3 at dinner as we don’t drink at lunch so lost them plus should be more on offer than just wine beer or cava, it’s not really Al/ c more like full board

I am not too keen on the open plan bathrooms and the glass walled toilets. That's sharing a bit too much with your roommate!

The breakfast buffet is marvellous! Wow - what an array of food. Really, really wonderful. Don't skip breakfast, whatever you do!

To look at the menu or SPA service you need to use the app, but if you order via the app, nothing turns up. Caught me out twice. Although when they realised their mistake they were very quick to fix it
