An English speaking movie/news channel would be useful and appreciated. When I arrived around mid morning, no one at the desk. Couldn't get in. Had to walk around Madrid with my backpack for the rest of the day which was tiresome and annoying when you've just come off 25 hours of flying. Would've been good to leave the bag even though you couldn't get into the room. Pillows rather hard - like sleeping on a bag of coal. Bed very comfy and warm though.

Brilliant location, close to everything and easy to find. Double room very clean, although small. Would not have enjoying having two people in there but perfect for solo. Bathroom tiny and issues with unstable plumbing (tap really could do with some attention), but water was hot, the hairdryer worked and it was quiet through the night. Be aware the walls are a tad thin so watch what you do and say :-) Late on night 2, managers replaced my teeny TV with something bigger. Enjoyed the interaction and chat, really nice gentlemen. When you travel solo, these small interactions are important. Didn't have a view but not expected in this price range. Loved the lift ... cutest thing you ever did see.

The one room with the sewer smell,room 302 had to take shower in one of our other rooms,we could have move to a different hostel but we were already settled,would have liked to be have charged alittle less for that room.

We rented 3 rooms. One room had an electricity issue (fuse) problem fixed right away,bed was super comfy,2nd room perfect. 3rd room had a sewer odor,no other rooms avaliable so daughter and grandson took showers in one of our other rooms. The staff was wonderful.

It’s difficult to answer because the shape of the room doesn’t permit to make some improvements.

Very good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is really small. But the bed was Ok. This hostel is good for young people or for stay for 1-2 days. But the location is very good. You can reach almost all famous places in Madrid without transport during 10-12 minutes. The food store is next door, a taxi permanent rank is in 2 minutes walk.

The air-conditioning wasn't working adequately and the hot water took more than 5' to reach the faucets. Also some of the lighting fixtures weren't working properly.

The room was clean and had a fridge, safe, toiletries, hangers, clean bedsheets, and towels. The location is amazing, next to Opera Square. Wouldn't recommend it for families with kids. Best for solo travelers or young couples.

Rooms were refurbished but bathrooms unfortunatly not... Old showers, slightly leaking sink. Also it could be nice to have at least am electric kettle and some mugs in the room.

Very good localizarion, close to most places to visiy in Madrid. Good quality of stay for this price. Rooms are refurbished with basic. Market store next doors, metro station 2 min, lots of barszcz, restaurants and tavernas around.

Chair at the desk could have been more comfortable. Armchair or little couch would have been great. But it's just a detail, some advice for them.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly. They had things like Netflix. Bed really comfortable. They had a fridge, nice! Good airco.

The location was great, really close to the main attractions, the staff was super nice, we arrived and our room was ready. The room was clean and comfortable, good shower and really necessary in Madrid: airco!

Overall, it was clean, however, the shower space, although surely clean technically, looked quite bad - to be more precise, the floor of the shower space, that is something the management has to fix. Other than that everything was great for the price)

Everything was Ok except the location was not properly labeled, We were standing right in front of the door but could not identify the property asthere was no sign board and then went through the street and could locate the property in second round after calling the reception.
