Air con blew directly onto the bed and first night - I was unsure how to exactly operate it. Very noisy neighbors with their windows open and loud party in building next door disturbing my sleep.

Location was central to all the tourist attractions. Able to fix meals in my room. Cleanliness of room. Appreciated the laundry facility- so able to wash my travel clothes.

The location. Everything we needed was very easy to find as it is very close to the center. We used the Granada card and the urban transport as well to visit the monuments and it is also so close to the stations.

The halls are beautiful but rather echoic which means when excitable younger folk are heading back to their rooms at 2am, their drunken chats can be heard in concert-like performance. However, it's short and sweet and, other than 5 mins of annoyance, it didn't impact my stay overall.

Absolute bargain of a stay in Granada. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything you'd want to explore in Granada - and the walks are pleasant from start to finish. Excellent room and showering facilities. I really enjoyed staying here.

The beds could be more comfy. But its ok, its nice to stay in a beautiful building.

The architecture of the hotel is wonderful. They have succeed restoring the building comfortably to current standards without loosing its elegance. The room itself is OK, but the atmosphere of the building and garden is amazing. Nice shared kitchen, lounges, study room. The location is also ideal for strolling to the Cathedral, Darro riverside, the old market, stores, restaurants, and bus stop.

We had no idea that our room would be in the basement. We did have windows but on the street level. Therefore, we heard all of the noises – walking noise, running water in the pipes, noises from rooms nearby, cleaning lady in the morning. The headboard of both twin beds were installed with 2 CM away from the wall. Hence, everytime that you move the headboard will bump to the wall and it was so loud. Not recommend to anyone who sensitive with noises.

The property has a prompt kitchen where you can make a proper meal and comes with all the equipment that you need to cook. It has an oven, hob and hood, large refrigerator and also a private medium-sized fridge within your room. The room is basically a dormitory. Twin bed only but private bathroom. The bathroom and overall bedroom were well-cleaned before we checked in. You will also have 2 proper closets separated from your partner.

Can’t think of anything, had a pleasant stay.

Perfectly located (walking distance to train station, sights, bars, restaurants, shops etc). Rooms are a good size (incl. walk-in shower), clean and well equipped (superior single even had microwave and fridge). Even though the room faced a somewhat busy plaza, the windows closed so tightly it was not loud during the night (building itself did not seem sound proof tho). Also air conditioning worked well and was rather quiet. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I loved staying here. I’m pretty sure this building is a former convent. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Restful and peaceful. Quality linens and comfy bed. Great kitchens and common areas. Nice staff. Good location- central to everything.

Was a little hard to find at first. Maybe the signs outside could be a little bigger. Also got confused with the LoopHomes on another close by location. Maybe could improve directions on website to avoid confusion

Great location. Very friendly staff and very friendly towards my two dogs. There was no issue with them being there. Myself and the dogs were very comfy and felt at home. Would definitely book again and recommend

Location of the residence, the room itself, the interior design. The man at the reception gave me lots of advice on walking around Granada so that to see and experience most of the city and grasp it’s beauty. The room is very comfortable and there’s a fridge and a microwave so at a couple of instances when I was tired after walking I could warm up and eat at my room. It was like home away from home which definitely contributed to my impression of beautiful Granada
