Nice and professional staff at the reception. Clean hostel, clean shared room with 2 bunk beds, 4 small lockers next to the beds, shared bathroom facilities (shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet), towel and bed linen including a blanket, so one does not need a sleeping bag. A rich buffet breakfast is included in the price. Well-accessible centre with cathedral and pilgrim office.

Minor - busy hostel and many people so don’t get the personalised service you get from a smaller place

Stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm with its own bathroom and it was good. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. There was only 3 of us and I didn’t even see my roommates. They left early in the morning, very quiet and considerate. I loved the later check out and the included breakfast. Staff were efficient and do their job well.

Well, not sure if it was me but I was unable to find a proper living room, some communal area that wasn't the kitchen. Also, given the size of the rooms and the trembling beds, price is not justified. I stayed in cheaper hostels with great bunk beds that did not tremble at every movement of the other person. Also, no curtains over each bed. I know it's a hostel but if you charge 20E/night you should offer something more. Ok there's the breakfast but they could make it optional and charge less. Also, the card that keeps the electricity on is not a smart move when the room is shared with strangers. If the person who left the card inside the slot leaves earlier, your phone won't charge and the toilet light won't work. Finally, staff could be a bit more smiley or interactive. I understand that there is a great volume of people but lifting the head when someone says good morning and good night should be the basics...

The hostel is nice and has a very big kitchen and quite new installation in general. It's bright and it has a good view on the city, cathedral included. Breakfast is included and it's quite nice and abundant. Position is great, next to the centre and to the bus stop to the airport.

The beds were super flimsy.

Come and go as you please. Hostel has washrooms everywhere in case you don’t want to wake up those still sleeping. Friendly staff. Large eating area. Close walking distance to places. Will store bags while you’re on excursion. Breakfast was just ok (lots of bread).

clean, very clean, privacy, easy walkable distance to Cathedral of Santiago De Compostela, easy to get on bus to airport in the morning, vending machine very helpfull and usefull, can get hot coffee anytime, and my room come with breakfast.. very good and good quality food and juice we serve.

The rooms are overcrowded. Five beds are too much for such a small space. You could barely go betwen the fourth and the fifth bed. As we saw six lockers in the room we assumed that even six beds (3 bunk beds) were planned. Luckily that’s not the case.

Very clean, the staff are helpful. The breakfast was included (we didn’t know about it) and it was very good, everyone could find something for themselves.

Bed a bit squeaky and not so comfortable but I was grateful for a pleasant clean and well run place to stay. Thank you. Staff most helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable albergue. Staff were very attentive. We had a private room with a shared bathroom on the ground floor. The wash & dry laundry facility was a godsend after walking in non stop rain !

Long walk from train station late at night

Room was tiny compared to others on Camino

0nly 8 walk minutes from Cathedral. Excellent breakfast as part of price ( well done the kitchen staff - they worked v. hard). Late check - out and storage room. Easy access to bus 6A to airport or taxi rank. Hotel nicely designed. Good value for money

Its not clean, i kept the poster at the door to clean my room for 3 days, they never showed up
