It was a bit cold in the room (however bad was warm, so during the nigth it wasn't a problem). Stuff serving breakfast spoke only spanish, so it was a challenge for us to comunicate and make an order :)

The room was a bit cold at nights and mornings. Heating was off as it was spring already. Also after the showers there was a lot of humidity in the room which had no place to go to and opening the window didn't seem sensible either in the evening.

Awesome value for money and good location to drive to the nearby attractions.

one can hear guests next door. but it gets absolutely quiet by 9:30/10 pm.

parking just in front of the hotel, quiet area despite being in walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. the best was being able to sit in the garden and read peacefully. check-in was super simple and no problem that I did my booking 30 minutes before arrival. room was spacious and had a great view with large windows. would come again!

I like everything about this hotel

It’s not my first stay , last time the breakfast was a lot more extensive, however given the price and the cost rises I’m impressed that they still offer a breakfast.

The place itself is a bit old style but it's expected due to the cheap price. They serve you breakfast that might be a bit messy if there is a lot of people.

The self check-in system is nice - you just pick up the keys in the locker in front of the accommodation. Ladies are nice

The mattress was not very comfortable. We slept on top of the comforter to counteract the springs. But, we are older so maybe that was just us.

The view is incredible. The room is quaint. Breakfast is down in the reception area and the ladies serve you, which can get a bit chaotic depending on how many people are there. They were so sweet with us even though there was a language barrier. I would definitely stay here again. You cannot beat the area. Absolutely beautiful.

As above re the height of the room. Also a self service breakfast would be better. Otherwise it was all very good.

The top floor rooms have a great view from the balcony. It is a very nice and clean room. Great views from the windows. Only down side is the height of the room. I can stand upright in the middle of the room but I kept hitting my head on the sloping roof. I am not very tall but I could not stand up straight in the shower.

The one long pillow to share was very uncomfortable. I prefer my own head pillow.

Rooms were a but tired, but everything worked. The breakfast ladies were lovely. No buffet: you simply told them what you wanted (coffee, yoghurt, fantastic fresh pastries, fresh toast, cheese, salsa etc.) and they’d bring it over.

The bed was less comfortable. And the ceiling was too low (room 37, highest floor). I could not stand up in the bathroom. I asked for another room, but no response. But this was a minor thing for me.

The location is excellent. It is very central in the area. And Las Arenas is a nice town. The room was very clean, nice views, and a good breakfast.

Good location with several bars and few restaurants nearby. Check-in was via WhatsApp which I missed on my phone but phoned number and staff were helpful. Comfortable accommodation with basic breakfast but good value for money overall. Parking available onsite.
