Natalia and Darios at eve/night shift had always a cheerful smile with all the hotel’s guests requests. We are grateful too that we could still relax and shower at the hotel even after check out (we had a midnight flight).

I arrived very late on the first day and was allocated room 7 It really shouldn’t be classed as a room as it doesn’t fit with the quality of the rest of the hotel. It’s very dark, the only window looks on to an internal wall. They moved me the next morning so all was good. Having this room could make or break your holiday. They would be better turning it into storage room.

Everything was fabulous. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. The pool area was great and never crowded. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Proper sausages too.! All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Bus stops outside the hotel for Malaga and Fuengirola. Aldi next door to the hotel snacks. Lots of lovely restaurants of all food styles with easy walking distance. Lots to do in the area, would recommend the Caminito del Rey and the Teleférico cable car up Mt Calamorro.

The floors were not mopped properly, it was dusty . We had to mop it ourselves with toilet tissues.

Natalia the receptionist was exceptionally helpful to us. She went over and above in providing us a superb check-in experience and gave us the option to take an apartment across the road which was very big and comfortable.

The only point is that the bathroom is very very small in a single room

I wish I could give more than 10 because they deserve the highest rating 😄😄. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the staff was super friendly and made our stay even better and even organized a taxi for us to take us to the airport.

The plumbing is a bit noisy and the walls of the accommodation thin but the ambience of the hotel more than made up for it.

The staff work were wonderful from the reception staff to Alexandra in charge of the bar. It is a little gem of a hotel with the outdoor pool, bar and large bar patio at the front well occupied.

I honestly can't think of anything. I was very happy with my experience. And it was a great value.

The main thing that makes this hotel stand out is the people working there. They went above and beyond at every turn, totally dedicated to my comfort and satisfaction. I had an early excursion one day, and the front desk guy got me breakfast and coffee two hours before breakfast was scheduled to begin. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet is huge and varied. Eggs, sausages, all kinds of fruits and cereals, yogurts, breads and pastries and -- best of all -- an automatic cappuccino machine! There is happy hour every night from 6-7:00 pm, which was a great opportunity to meet other travelers from different countries. The property was immaculate and well-maintained, and small enough to make you feel like family. You can walk to the beach, too. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers.

This is our second visit to Arcos de Montemar and we absolutely love it here. Location is amazing near to all the pubs restaurants and the beach. What actually makes this hotel though are the staff they are so friendly and make you feel really welcome. Always greeting you with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. Will definately be returning. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Well managed,spotlessly clean great pool area together with a great bar/prices.Close to buses to and fro Fuengirola or Torremolinos.Short walk to Carihuela beach and Cozy Corner or at the far end Ellens………A bit of a no brainer!

We have just returned home from our 6 night stay in this wonderful hotel. It was our first time staying and didn’t know what to expect. But we had a lovely relaxing holiday. There was a great selection of food at breakfast no matter what time you went for it. The staff are so helpful and friendly, from giving directions to serving your food and drinks. There was a happy hour from 6 to 7 where you got 2 drinks for the price of 1. There is also a bar menu with lots of snacks on it. We stayed in room 107 on the first floor. It had a lovely view and was exceptionally clean. We asked Paul at reception for a late checkout and even though the hotel was fully booked he accommodated us. We can’t wait to visit this hotel again hopefully in September. Thank you for looking after us.
