I have stated my niggles.You.feel very much on your own but we were helped by one of the other guest to get a problem rectified..We had a problem using our phone so that was a problem for communication.We are both in our mid seventies and maybe not tech savvy..You definately neee a car at Los Moxaicos.For anyone with a walking disability everything is too far.Would recommend Gigi Car Hire.at El Chapparel..

The apartment was lovely but the taxi driver had a problem finding.I think therre should be someone on the premises at some point every day.We had problems with our phone and couldnt contact anyone easily.When Carlos came he was lovely.Our kitcchen sink would not empty and then it wouldnt fill with water.The bathroom is very good and suitable for disabled people.The shower seat needs a good scrub because of mould which is only seen when pulled down Some plugs work and some do not.Overall the setting is beautiful but trees need attention.Some instructions on how to uses the hob would be useful.Overall the place was in a nice setting and very privateAttention to matters I have stated would make it perfect

Even though the apartment was clean and tidy, the grounds of the property were not very well maintained. The were lots of leaves and other debris around the pool area.

As we had a car, the location was ideal to reach many of the main tourist areas and beaches. Parking near the property was easy and always available.

There was a lot of traffic right outside the property. This didn't make it easy to relax in the pool area. Thankfully, you can't hear anything inside the flats.

The flat was very spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was kind and always available. The pool was warm and perfect for a late afternoon soak. We found great restaurants in the area, tastier and cheaper than in the more touristy areas

The only draw back is the lack of a comfortable sofa/couch. The one there is far past it’s best.

Location handy for me whilst visiting family. For those wanting to be in the thick of things not so much. But a half hour easy stroll would have you arrive in las galletas. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The sofa is really uncomfortable and in need of replacement and I did miss being able to lounge comfortably there at times. The shower is great in a spacious room and I didn’t otherwise need any more utilities than were provided. I love this place because of the calm beautiful grounds. It’s peaceful, tranquil, relaxing. Just had a lovely feel about it. Staff handing over keys and any staff working on housekeeping in other properties while I was there were all very friendly.

Although we completed online checkin form, the landlord missed our arrival, so we had to wait ~1hour. We have been told that we should also contact with someone by whatsup and confirm our arrival time, but this information was mentioned in one of a few very long messages. Also online checkin form collects a lot of personal data (not sure if all of them are needed...)

A lot of space, cozy apartment with nice equipment (kitchen, TV, hair dryer, washer). Quite good location - near south airport and Los Cristianos. Few park places next to the road (in front of the fence).

A really cozy and comfortable place. Best suited for shorter vacations for customers who drive, of course you can also take buses (470) to Los Cristianos and from there to activities. We were there for 4 weeks. I was surprised when the cleaner didn't come even once during that time. I've never had to wash towels and sheets myself on vacation! However, the apartment had a wonderful swimming pool and barbecue facilities, which made up for the cleaning effort.

Thé poor fan in the living room was no match for the 35+ degree days.

Thé building is kooky and unique. The apartment itself is pretty spacious and it was nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast everyday before we went out. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is very necessary. We had a hire car because we intended to do a lot of exploring but if you didn’t have any transport the location could be difficult. The host who checked us in was very friendly and professional. I would recommend being prepared and bringing a stash of toilet paper and some extra bottles of water, plus your own laundry detergent if you need to wash anything.

We stayed for 3 days, but we only had some 2 very small bottles of shower gel. It was something I would have preferred not to think about. This is nitpicking, but there were small elements in the bathroom that probably need replacing.

The room was very big, clean. The overall set-up (in and out) is very nice. Location isn't that great, you probably need a car to get around.

Internet is not so good and the place is located next to a bigger road. Luckily it's close to Las Galletas, which is a really fun town.

Nice apartment, well stocked and comfy bed. Service was good, they arranged us a kidsbed even though kids aren't really aloud. We really appreciated that.

Some parts of the yard and garden needed small repairs. A coffee machine in the room is a must as there are no places to get some coffee in walking distance.

Nice garden with a small but lovely swimming pool, very clean and heated so that you could use it also during the evenings. Nice one bedroom apartment, spacious, with small terrace. Good stay for a romantic trip.

The location is not the best - its right next to the main and noisy road .. and a bit in the middle of nowhere. Apartment is really beautiful and so is the pool, just not so comfortable in this area :-(

The apartment is really spacious and very nicely done. All the decorations are great, bad is comfy, living room has a great sofa and you can find here everything you might need in the kitchen. It has also small terrace. Wifi works good.

Whole residence seems like it had its better times. It is a little bit dusty, mutual spaces are not so clean to use and enjoy. Patio by the room felt a bit empty and not clean. Object is located next to a pretty busy road so you can hear cars passing by all the time.

Jason, our host was very polite and helpful! It was the biggest advantage of the object. Our room was very comfy and big. Sparkling wine for a welcome is a very nice touch.

This was my 2nd visit here this year and will be returning in a couple of months. Excellent location, excellent facilities including shower seat which is essential for me and easy access to nearby shops, beach and a couple of local towns. I use a mobility scooter and these areas are no more than 25 minutes away. I have been going to the area for 12 years and this is the best accommodation that I have stayed in

The apartment complex is set back from the main road and isn’t easy to realise it’s there The apartment itself was spacious, clean and with good facilities and within a mile of Costa del Silencio and Las Galletas town centres. I, especially, liked the shower seat as I have mobility issues and made it so much easier. I have been to Silencio many times since 2011 and this was, unquestionably, the best accommodation I’ve stayed in.
