The location was easy for the ferry. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Good parking in front of the hotel. Handy to have cafe and bar on site.

The surrounding areas is a bit rundown and the grass area at the back of the hotel could do with a tidy up as we use this for the dog to piddle (although we’re not sure if this area belongs to the hotel !?) also quite few parking spaces at the front of the hotel (but if not there is a big car park at the back but it’s down quite a steep hill for walking back up to the hotel so if you have a disability it’s not ideal …. There’s also a few takeaways few minutes drive away ie McDonald’s etc

It’s an ideal location for the Santander ferry port which is about 7/8 minutes drive - cheap, cheerful & clean and the reception staff are lovely - dogs welcome and they get a wee gift pack 🐾

Wasn't over keen on the breakfast. Thought there would be a buffet selection.

Easy to find in relation to the motorway. Only a couple of minutes drive or 10 minute walk into the town with plenty of shops, bars, cafes, etc. Restaurant/bar at the hotel offered a good varied menu & food was really good. Very close to the port of Santander which makes an early check-in really easy without having to rush breakfast.

Parking could be a problem during busy times as the cafe is used by many locals.

Free parking. Cafeteria that was open in evenings and had a good selection of meals. All food cooked to order and even had vegetarian options. Good value for money. Lovely friendly staff throughout the hotel. Bus stop for Santander City Centre 100m from hotel. 10 minute drive to Ferry Terminal.

It was well located for us as we only had a 10 to 15 minute drive to the ferry port. This was the important thing in our decision to book here. We would be happy to book here again.

Nothing really, the weather was rubbish (but that beyond anyone control). We would have liked to have breakfast but at €9 per person this was too expensive. I think €5 per head would be a fair price.

Warm welcome, great location, close to two supermarkets (Lidl & Lupa) the former better than the latter. Ideal stopover for Santander Ferry. Good value for money. Will stay again.

There wasn't anything not to like.

The receptionist Miguel was very accommodating for us to have a room with a good Internet connection. The rooms are a good size, with comfortable beds and all you need for a stop over before catching the ferry. Whilst the train line is very close, we did not hear any going passed.

Had two nights (Friday and Saturday) live music in the hotel restaurant which was very nice for me but might disturb others. Stopped at 11 pm.

As other reviews said, the rooms are not the cleanest, but not to give it a 2or 3 as a review You get you pay for. Average clean but I've seen worse places. I was in a single room and to close the bathroom door you had to get into the shower. Tiny bathroom. No aircon.

Very good price. Convenient location If you want to walk to the airport (45min walk).

It's a little dated and my window had a view directly to the works opposite.

Clean enough and pleasant staff. Size of the room was good and the bathroom too. Breakfast was good. Easy to find - good location in that sense. Good for a one night stay.

The noise from the street - you can hear everything.

We stayed here for one night only during our road trip around the north of Spain. It was decent; it has a bit of a retro vibe when it comes to certain things.

Shower very small and I get hitting the tap. Room is small but okay.

Excellent bar, everyone helpful, bed beautifully comfortable. They have a lift. Okay on site parking. I would definitely stay there again.
