There is nowhere to hang a wet towel after you’ve had a bath or shower. The rooms (all doubles) were very small I’d be very surprised if they are legally allowed to be a double room. (I’ve been involved in building hotels in Spain so I know the regulations)

The breakfast is available in a gastrobar close to the hotel and was good. All other amenities as you would expect from a city, are close by. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was during the nighttime, no late night rowdy parties (but it was April)

Great city for a short break, just be aware it's a hilly enough city

We were on the 2nd floor so my father found the stairs a bit hard after walking around all day, a lift would have been nice.

The breakfast was a little over priced given that you could pay less for breakfast if you visited the cafe independently. It was convenient however for the first morning to allow us get our bearings and we did eat there a few times during our stay. The hotel was very convenient for access to most attractions and also close to a taxi rank which was useful.

Good hotel apart from a very old noisy horrible aircon

Horrible old aircon. Very noisy and weak fan speed. Hard to control it to maintain a comfortable level in the room which makes it difficult to sleep at night. Room/toilet size could be abit bigger. No elevators. Occasional noise from the street.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, mostly modern hotel.

Big fail! The hotel description stated that they have parking included, but that's a big lie! There is a private parking lot about 300m from the hotel, and to be eligible for the discount (which was €6 for three days), you have to pay cash. It's 2024—who still carries cash? Additionally, the hotel reception didn't inform us about this. We booked the room with breakfast included, which, guess what, required us to commute to a restaurant where they could 'offer' us breakfast—very poor! The rooms are very small (we had room number 102) and we could literally hear everything the next-door neighbor was saying! For this amount of money, I do not recommend this hotel!

    Nothing!!!!

No elevator! A real nono for old people like us Noise from outside can be heard in the room with windows and door closed. Difficult to find with Uber drivers.

They promote rituals champoo and hands soap, but that's definitely not rituals at all. There is no restaurant or pub at the hotel and it doesn't have lift for people with disabilities.

What was bad is that they gave us the room on the ground floor, right next to the reception and the WC. However when we arrived there were towels for one person only and the toilet was flooded (I think it was because of something going wrong in the hotel's public toilet)

The staff were responsive and the hotel was clean and close to the public transportation and main attractions.

Bathroom very small. The transition between the wall and the sink is approximately 25 cm!!! You have to sit sideways on the toilet because there is no room! ! ! (I'm not Gulliver) The receptionist only spoke Spanish.

The hotel is in a great location, 7 minutes' walk to the Cathedral. 2 minutes to the city parking lot, 19 euros for 24 hours, bearable.
