Pros, just about everything, clean, breakfast was good, staff good, pool warm . First time there and asked for a room close to the lifts as a solo traveler and that’s what I got with a lovely sea view

Hotel in general was OK. As other reviews have said paint flaking off in some areas. Sheets and towels are a bit dated. With a revamp this could be a great hotel.

Hotel was centrally located with easy access to the beach. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. My husband didn't like the food and said the breakfast was cold but the selection of food for breakfast was amazing and great value for money.

We stayed in the superior room with sea view. The view was beautiful. The beds were so very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and the maids worked so hard every day. Most of the staff were lovely but there were a few miserable faces on the reception desk. The hotel is perfect for location. The pool was gorgeous and refreshing and honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have visited. We didn't really stay in of a night but there was entertainment every night and the entertainment staff were innately lovely, cheerful and energetic. I loved this hotel and its location so much so we are returning in a few weeks time.

The gym was NOT up to standard which was a little disappointing as I was there for 10days and really wanted to train. It really needs updating.

The staff are so friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Bar staff was amazing. And the food for the breakfast buffet was all really fresh and tasty. With fresh omelettes made to order. No long ques, no panicking for sunloungers. Will definitely be back again.

Location is amazing, very central, with a back gate leading out to the beach promenade! We had a lovely, spacious ground floor apartment with amazing sea views and it was cleaned regularly. All the staff were extremely friendly-check-in, bar and cleaning- and looked happy to be there and were so helpful!!! We went B&B and the breakfast choice was great! Pool area was kept clean, we always got sunloungers and an umbrella, and the atmosphere around the pool area was great-lively music and the entertainment team tried really hard to get guests involved (but not in a pushy way). Couldn't say a bad word about the place- will be staying here again!!

No pots or pans in the kitchenette, not even a teaspoon ! I was on a bed and breakfast rate, the breakfast room was dark and crowded, the coffee awful and the fresh fruit was frozen.

Spacious, very clean room with a lovely balcony with sea view, quiet, small kitchenette (with fridge, microwave and small hob) was useful, nice bathroom. Near a great beach.

Noisy entertainment lady trying to get people to play games, which 95% of people were not interested in. Our room door being left wide open whilst we were out , by the cleaners.

Definitely food not up to hotel standard as it was really basic and same every day so the best option is probably bed and breakfast if you will decide to stay there and just go to eat out in the evening as there are a lot of nice restaurants around
