It's really noisy in the morning. We could hear both the guests and people working in a hotel walking around and talking.

There were two pillow types - one was too firm and one was too soft, but you got used to it ;)

The staff were incredibly thorough, attentive and responsive through the Booking.com app! The check-in process was super easy with the code we received as well as moving our bags to the luggage storage across the street so that we didn't have to lug our bags around between check-out and when we needed to leave Sevilla. The bedroom and bathroom sizes were large and there was good space to hang or set out your clothes in the bedroom/living area. The location was also amazing, right by the cathedral and lots of places to eat and souvenir shop.

The walls are quite thin, so if you're sensitive to sound this could be an issue. For us personally, it wasn't too bad however we could hear footsteps in the hallway.

The location was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were perfect for a city trip and the room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. I would highly recommend.

First world problems I know but, it was very noisy at night and first thing in the morning. The aircon didn't really make the room hot or cold. We had drinks taken from the communal fridge which was disappointing.

The room isn’t really soundproof. From the outside and as well from the inside you can hear everything. It’s hard to fall and even stay asleep.

A lift for transporting luggage up 3 flights of stairs would be great but you only have to do that once so its definitely worth it :D

Location is perfect - just step out the door and you are exactly where you need to be to start exploring everywhere on foot. The rooftop was lovely for an evening drink. Perfectly clean room. Lovely, quirky decor. Inviting, functional, communal facilities of the kitchen and dining area.

I didn't like that window opened onto narrow alley and neighbouring building also had windows facing mine - reduced privacy substantially. Perhaps introducing a net curtain on Itaca room windows would help provide some more privacy rather than having to have window shutter closed all day. Sound of traffic very loud also.

This hasn't been my first stay in Lukanda Hospec and I returned because I liked the facilities so much the first time.
