It is not just a simple accommodation location, it is an example of harmony between man and nature. Everyone has their own opinion about faith, all my life I have believed and believe that the sun is our God, father and mother earth, it is the one that gives birth and nourishes us from all points of view. This place is a miracle and I'm glad I discovered it, it strengthened my belief that I'm not alone on earth.

Excellent rural and relaxing location with exceptional views. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Fully equipped shared kitchen allow for the guests to cook themselves. Super friendly, funny and helpful hosts. Overall laid back atmosphere where you feel at home immediately.

Everything was exceptinal

We enjoyed every bit of the eco hotel! the rooms, the house, the owners, the breakfast, the mountain, the landscape. Everything was exceptional, really recommend it if you love nature and if you like people with a good heart. We were visiting Bilbao, Bermeo, Mundaka, Gernika, and surroundings and location was very convenient, had a bit of everything, a place to stay in the mountains and very convenient to Bilbao and towns nearby.

Staying here was a magical experience and worth the steep mountain road to reach the hotel. The air is clear and there is absolute peace. Breakfasts are the highlight and we will never forget the wonderful hosts. The kitchen facilities were excellent which meant we could spend the evenings up in our mountain retreat with a glass of wine on the hillside.

Roberto and Alfredo were great hosts and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was great and fun, with lots of information given about the history of this beautiful place and tips on possible things to do in the area. Rooms are spacious, WIFI great. We were even able to charge our electric car!

There was little or no facilities at the hotel including but not limited to no reception desk, no additional pillows, no drinks, no cups, no wall mounted bracket to hold shower head etc. It was necessary to call owner to let us into property, he showed us to room and then disappeared until following morning. Nearest town was 5.5 miles away on single track country roads which meant a treck for food and drinks. I would classify this accommodation as simple bed and breakfast and definitely not a hotel. A fixed organic breakfast served by men in traditional dress doesn't warrant the cost of this accommodation in may opinion.

The location was great with fantastic views. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean. Hosts were friendly and pleasant at breakfast.
