Virginia makes an amazing hostess. From the beginning to the finish of the trip, she stays in contact. The apartment has all the conveniences that are need. It is incredibly tidy and roomy. During the apartment tour, a remarkable demonstration was given. Virginia was amazing at taking care of everything, from early checkout to late check-in, from local eateries to taxis. I'm excited to return here and stay. I suggest the apartment to friends and family as well.

probably did not read well, but was surprised to have to pay deposit for demage. got it back at the end as promised.

we did not have breakfast, not ordered. but had a big fridge and everything to prepaire. the apartement was in the city center, 5 min walk from the beach and 15 min from oldtown. clean and comfortable for 4 persons.

Host prepared welcome fruit basket and pastry plate along with selection of tee, coffee, fizzy drinks, beer and milk free of charge. What a nice supprise :-) The apartment is keept very fresh, has a washing machine, fully equiped kitchen and fast speed broadband. Highly recommended for families – we all felt like beeing at home. Perfect location with walking distance to shops, beach, old town as well as multiple restaurants. Very helpful english speeking host, always happy to assist with what ever you may need. Final score 10/10

Little misleading on the advert where it says has Netflix etc because all it actually has is a smart TV with access to all the apps, so unless guests have their own accounts none of them can be viewed.

very poor internet , also the Netflix was not connected unless you use your own account. Air Conditioning in the master bedroom was noisy and you should turn it off every 3-4 hours.

The location was perfect, we got great sleep there, there is AC, the beds are comfortable, our host Virginia was super helpful and friendly and really thought of everything we could need to make our stay amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough. Wonderful holiday!

The apartment was so beautiful, very clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host was amazing, extremely friendly and great to deal with, providing us with so much help when we needed it. The apartment was huge and in a great location too! It was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Alicante! We will definitely be returning to stay here again!

The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could want. The beds were comfortable & extra blankets available, should you need them. More than ample refreshment was also available. The apartment was very clean, bright & well lit. We were met on arrival & shown around. Hosts were very friendly & helpful. The apartment was easy to find and well appointed for all amenities & sites.

Apartment was beautiful, it had everything you could possibly need and was extremely thoughtfully prepared by the owners. The location was excellent, but the best part was meeting Virginia to collect the keys. She was really helpful and accommodating, she showed us around the apartment and then went through the area to show us when to go, attractions etc. We followed her advice and just like the apartment her recommendations exceeded expectations. My family and I will definitely be returning to this property again and would highly recommend it. Thank you to Virginia for all her assistance.

Breakfast supplies were very good although we also purchased things for ourselves . Virginia and Dona were both very helpful and friendly and gave us information on restaurants and things to do in Alicante. The flat was very big and very clean. We would definitely recommend for any couples or families wanting to stay in Alicante. Airport bus stop was a short walk away as were many very good restaurants and supermarkets if you want to do self catering. For the size and quality of the property the price represented good value.

The apartment is well equipped. Virginia, the owner of the apartment, took care of the smallest detail - there are fruits, drinks and sweet snacks as a welcome package. In the bathroom you will find soaps, lotions, makeup remover pads and many other necessary cosmetics. We have not seen such starters anywhere else!!!

The best location you could wish for; close to the beach, promenade, supermarkets, cosy restaurants and other important places to see in Alicante.
