Nothing really, it was what we expected, excellent value for money and a charming place to stay. I'm not sure whether they offered breakfast, and we didn't look for it as there are many local cafes for this.

Lovely traditional Spanish Hotel right on the sea front. Our hosts worked with our total inability to speak Spanish, and we managed to converse adequately to serve our stay. our room was pleasant and clean and we all slept well. to say it could be updated would be churlish, it charm is in that has features of a bygone age which befits the hotel beautifully. we would happily stay again.

Breakfast was not availalbe but that was understandable as it was very quiet.

I really enjoyed the elegant lounge where I spent many peaceful hours preparing a piece of work on laptop. Jose was always very helpful if I needed anything. The housekeeping staff were very efficient.

For the price paid, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no breakfast does not compare well with other accommodation prices across the North of Spain. Bathrooms are a bit dated.

Location and hotel common areas decor, nice to experience the mansion style decor of the hotel . Very clean. Gentleman at reception was very kind - as the room was available he gave me the room as soon as I arrived early in the morning, which I badly needed at the time.

This place was about as average as it could be. The room was fine, staff was fine but not really friendly, bed not particularly comfortable.

Everything was decent for us - the room, location, wifi, beds, bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. As we were taking buses, it was great that the hotel is just down the road from the bus station.

The floor in my room didn't feel quite clean on my bare feet--felt a little chalky and sticky. The metal headboard was a bit unsteady. The shower head was loose, so that I couldn't put the nozzle in the fixed attachment and had to hold it in one hand to shower. Bed was REALLY squeaky.

Staff is absolutely wonderful and personable. This antique hotel is really beautiful! Location is in the heart of the center, walkable to everything.

great location. lovely hotel on the waterfront. our room looked out o we the square and harbour. No air conditioning but not a problem on early June. could do with another bedside socket for charging devices but we managed fine.

What a lovely hotel! It was like stepping back in time but with modern facilities. Lovely high ceilings, big rooms, a super lounge area with leather sofas and a glorious central staircase. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was also large with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Off street parking for my motorcycle was a bonus. Plenty of good quality restaurants nearby too.

There's not much to complain about, remembering it is an historic house there are upgrades that could happen but that would take from the adventure.

This is an historic aristocratic house and has been kept as such, even to the analogue phones in the bedroom. Big rooms, high ceilings, I had a balcony that overlooked the harbour so I could drink my coffee and watch people go by. The antiques in the lounge rooms and entry were great.i was walking the Camino del Norte, it was 10 mins off the track and close to brekky places in the morning

Although the room was warm, clean and comfortable, it was very basic. The bathroom was clean but the hand held shower over the bath had poor pressure and did not sit well in its holder and the sliding shower screen was fairly inadequate. Tea making facilities would be a bonus.

Hotel Luzon is perfectly situated right across from the water and in the centre of the town, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars and just 4 minutes walk from the bus station. My room was small and basic but clean, warm and comfortable. Reception is open from 7.30-11.30 and staff were friendly and helpful, although neither spoke much English. The place has a rather old world grandeur and a very welcoming feel.
