This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Beautiful old building with a modern interior. Extremely friendly staff on arrival, very helpful on advising places to eat in the town. Rooms top class, so clean and had everything we needed, fantastic shower. Breakfast very good, great selection. Would definitely stay here again, Elorrio is really nice. Thanks for a lovely stay.

In order to enter the room, you must first download an app. That is all well explained, it works, but feels a bit cumbersome.

Nicely renovated hotel in a historic building in a nice little town. Very friendly staff (English speaking). Nice, comfortable modern rooms with fridge. Fantastic breakfast (the cook is so nice)!! Parking is free in the street down the road, a short walk away.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Ideal location, close to everything. A very welcoming, safe, clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast and coffee was also delicious. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Elorrio and even as a home base to do day trips to other places such as Bilbao, San Sebastián, Durango etc. Many restaurants and bars and shopping are close walking distance and the bus stop is less than 5 min walk away. A great place!!! Nico and the rest of the staff are so nice!

Very friendly, beautiful town, nice rooms. Suited me exactly. Ellorio is a pretty little town surrounded by hills. Weather wasn't great but what can you do?

wonderful stay in the heart of the old part of Elorrio,where many buildings are 'palatial' in style.The hotel itself is in a historic building but is totally modern inside, with a tastefullly decorated bedroom ,enormous,comfortable bed and state of the art shower (rainforest feature etc). Breakfast was served by our charming host Nico,who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.Left more to explore in that area,so one day hopefully,we´ll be back!!!

Everything was perfect. The staff and owners are wonderful and went above and beyond to make our visit to Basque County perfect. Everything is well maintained, and the room was big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional. The location is ~1 hour from Bilbao, and there are many things to see in and around Ellorio. Thank you Elena, Maider, and Niko for making this an exceptional experience! Free public parking is available 5 min away from the hotel.

Very charming little boutique hotel, great host, adapted room was the best so far. Nice little village. Perfect location to visit Bilbao, San Sebastian, Pamplona, Vitoria etc.

Was a lovely hotel in a nice little town, and perfect location for our business meeting but would also be good for exploring the region. Great customer service provided by the team from checkin to checkout. Room was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food.

Everything was perfect!

The rooms are very cozy. It’s an affordable hotel but it’s appearance is of a 5 stars hotel. The amenities were all ECO, the mattress was extraordinarily comfy and it’s really well located. The host was also very kind! We’ll come back again.

Very charming little hotel in the middle of the old town of Elorrio. The hosts were wonderful, they really made us feel so welcome, just as if we were part of the family. Homecooked Breakfast and Dinner were such a treat. Very modern design, beautiful room. Great value for money!

A friendly modern hotel right in the centre of Elorrio. Our room had a lovely garden view and was nice and bright. I really like the small touches - such as the cushion you could use as a seat to sit outside the window. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fully equipped and well designed. Love that there was a fridge in the room and the bottles of water provided were handy because we arrived late and forgot to get water before arriving. The owners were really nice and suggested various places to visit and places to eat/drink in the town. We will definitely be back :)
