Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe booked last minute for my partners 30th and had such a fantastic time! The staff were exceptional, always friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of fresh food! The decor was very modern and the hotel/rooms were very clean!! Special mention to the younger man and lady that worked on reception during the day as they were brilliant and helped with all our queries and never let us walk past without saying hello! Would highly recommend- hotel is about 5 min walk from resort centre which is great as you can still join in on the action but also be able to have a peaceful nights sleep!

A newly built hotel, clean, central and with everything you could hope for as somewhere to hang your hat while enjoying all that Ibiza has to offer. Of particular note was the extremely helpful and friendly Spanish receptionist (with the Essex accent! - Apologies as I can't remember your name!) and the quality of the breakfast offered.

United KingdomParking, if you are renting a car be sure to check out areas to park as the hotel is located in a housing area and so most free street parking is full 24/7. you have to be very lucky to find a spot.
