The hotel is soulless in the bedroom and public areas. Supposed upgrade but no toiletries given. Heating would not adjust. Electric plugs under the dressing table on the wall.

Rooms are extremely noisy, you can hear every step, even a normal chat in the other room. Even the sme from the other rooms. Everything is outdated, bed and furniture. Wall are molested and falling apart in the hall.

Was really disappointed that we were given no prior warning of the pool being closed. The soul reason we booked was because of the pool and feel as though some sort of discount should have been given. Disappointed that there was no prior notification of this.

Card machine wasn’t working I had to withdraw cash from their atm which cost 4% extra, very noisy, doors banging people shouting all night, could hear the guy in the next room all night, left early for my flight and there were men asleep on the sofa in the lobby. Found out from the taxi driver there’s a “men’s club” next door which explains it all!

I chose the hotel because of just refurbished pool - but it was under 'construction', painting they said. I wonder if there is a pool at all, because is it's newly refurbished, how come it was closed already for painting. Also noise at the hotel was bad (wind in the building/windows) Location was terrible, in the middle of the industrial area

On whole modern business hotel with good breakfast. and relatively close to airport (16-20 euros taxi fare). Despite confirming beforehand hotel pool was open, this turned out not to be the case and no recognition. Otherwise very limited facilities e.g. bars, restaurants etc, in the immediate area. Unfortunately pool closure did detract from our stay.

I recently stayed at Nostrum for a brief business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the overall condition of the hotel, particularly the cleanliness and unpleasant odors, left much to be desired. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by an overwhelming sewage smell that permeated the entire space. It was truly unpleasant and made it difficult to relax or even breathe comfortably. The smell persisted throughout my entire stay, leading me to question the hotel's maintenance and cleanliness standards. Speaking of cleanliness, I found the room to be subpar in this regard. The floors appeared dirty and had not been properly vacuumed or swept. There were visible dust bunnies in corners and under the furniture, which suggested a lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. The bathroom was also disappointing, with signs of mold and mildew in the grout lines and a general lack of cleanliness. While the friendliness of the staff was a redeeming factor, it simply couldn't make up for the overall lack of cleanliness and the persistent unpleasant odor. As a guest, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and comfort. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate action to address the cleanliness issues and the source of the sewage smell. It is crucial for a hotel to provide a clean and well-maintained environment for its guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport in Malaga. It really is the perfect place to stay in Malaga when you are continuing your travel the next day!

It could do with a freshen up in some places, new shower head perhaps. But on the whole very good value for money.

Good location, close to the airport. Spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Nice pool area which sadly we didn’t get to use due to opening hours. Our flight was delayed so we were very late getting to the hotel, not a problem though, we were met by friendly and helpful staff on reception.
