The only dislike was the long wait to get in the lifts, very long queues.

The rooms were very stuffy and the air con made no difference. The windows didn't open enough to make a difference. Disappointed the rooftop bar was not fully open.

The food and facilities were very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location.

the breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice but the cooked food, eg the bacon sausage etc were cold and none of the heated lamps over the food were on. The member of staff on reception at check in was rude and gave the impression he didn't want to be there or be helpful. we had booked 2 superior double rooms for 3 people, just so we could get a double bed and balcony for only 2 people. mine was fine but my cousin that had the second room only got a twin and when they went down to complain were told there was no way we could book a room with double beds. and that they had only booked twin, this was not so and eventually gave in and changed then to what we had paid for. the slippers that should have been with the bathrobes were not in the room or available. the mans attitude put a dampener on our stay. have stayed there 4/5 times before without any problems, may think twice in the future.

the room was clean and well laid out. plenty of space and storage, a great addition of the fridge and bathrobe. the view from the room was just amazing, the pool and the sea were in full view from the balcony.

The outdoor pool was tiny - not an-issue in March but in summer it would not suit guests who liked a swim. I was on a lower floor of the 20 and would have liked to use stairs rather than tte lifts, but could not discover where they were.

It was situated in a very good position close to both the old town and also the beach and the shops. My room was confortable and was cleaned to a high standard. the tv had English language channels. The shower always had hot water. I enjoyed the breakfast with its more “continental” selection of dishes I don’t go for “fry-ups”

The gym facilities and sauna you have to pay extra. I payed 8euro for sauna for 30mins one day it was terrible not happy at all told them about it and got told the manager will be noted no heat at all Also I stayed on 14th floor and had a lot of noisy from above and work going on outside of the hotel. I'm regularly to benidorm won't be back here unfortunately

The coffee, it came from a fully automatic machine, but was really not good. We are coffee lovers and appreciate good normal coffee. We switched to tea. A shame as the breakfast buffet was made with a lot of effort.., very good joghurt, fresh orange juice from a machine..

The location is Wow ! The sitting erea on floor 20 and the bar with a super view over Benidorm. Very well served breakfast. In wintertime it is aimed at large groups. Large -scale setup while eating breakfast and evening meal.

Chose superior economy room type with bathrobes and slippers but had to ask for them as were not in the room..and they arrived in 5 mins of request. Nowhere to hang the damp robe....needs a couple of hooks in bathroom which is a great shower and size. Towels were not changed and floor was not properly cleaned..tea and coffee in rooms but no milk..even cups were not emptied and cleaned and replaced..minor I know but irritated..dont offer tea and coffee without milk pods...all staff very helpful and polite. Good selection at morning breakfast buffet. Bar on 20th level is lovely and magical at night.

Convenient location near the centre and the beach. Relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Nice terrace with good views. Variety of the breakfast buffet.

The room was a little unclean, there was little hairs everywhere and the bath/shower smelt damp. Toiletries (such as shower hat) was not replenished. A guide to what facilities the hotel had available such as the rooftop bar, restaurants and spa in the room would have been great!

The location was fabulous, the hotel itself was clean and modern. Lovely view from the balcony!

I would say the only thing that kept us awake as we were in the room next to the glass lift. If you haven't had a drink, the glass lift can be very noisy throughout the night. There are four other lifts but the glass one was the only noisy one.

The room was lovely. 2nd floor. All clean and tidy spacious. Could not fault the room one bit. The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were great.

No complaints. Apart from the lift been slow, as we were on the 19th floor. But it's not a criticism at all.

Overall our stay was superb, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was spotless the housekeeping was excellent.
