How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Could have been more seating or sofa in room however i understand why because of location

Silverfish everywhere! Elevator broke so my friend who can’t walk at the moment could get to the room for a few hours. Could have music around the pool, pictures made it look more lively.
Lovely staff, really helped us with questions etc and let us checking in early!

It was a bit tatty and not full open ( bar or restaurant) the checkin process took 15mins think it’s a bit long winded
The location was good, was ok to have separate bedroom and lounge area.

Sewage issue/stench coming from bathroom. Room wasn’t cleaned, rubbish not taken, no new towels, no dishwashing utensils, no glasses to drink from.
Large balcony and a lot of natural light and ventilation. Good air conditioning.

It wasn’t very nice and the beds were uncomfortable.
It was perfect for what our group needed. The AC worked really well. The water pressure of the showers was amazing.

The bed weren't very comfy and the room was not really clean.
I loved the pool. The apartment was spacious and convenient. The location is great: near from the beach and the city center!

We didn't have a cleaner the entire stay, the drains in our bathroom stunk which was making us pretty ill towards the end. We were on the 9th floor and the lifts weren't always working so was a nightmare to nip to your room.
It was a good location and fairly cheap. The pool and pool bar were amazing.

We were 4 people and only had 3 blankets and when we asked for the 4th they said the didn’t know where they keep them and didn’t gave us anything. Also shampoo, shower and soap are not included which we didn’t know

the issues for the property were mainly the bathroom door handle would fall off when pulled the fridge was small and poorly designed Which led to a smashed wine bottle due to no pockets in the fridge door the air conditioner was possibly not cleaned properly as one night the lads and I in our room got a cough the next day after leaving the aircon on all night outside the apartment smelled horrible and had vomit stains everywhere (to be fair it’s a very common sight in magaluf) the lift was very sketchy it made noises creeks and took ages to open the door so it felt like I was gonna get stuck the wooden chairs in the room were very weak and some of them shifted about when sat on the cooking facilities were almost no existent as pots pans and utensils were very poor (but aldi McDonald’s burgerking and kfc were no less than a 7 minute walk from the place so it’s no big deal)
After reading all of the reviews of this place I was a bit skeptic about staying here but I chose to anyways. I booked 2 apartments for my lads holiday which contained 9 lads and we managed to get 2 rooms next to each other. It seems on reviews that the place is dirty and poor value for money, but our experience was really good we were close enough to the strip that a walk wasn’t a trek and we were far enough to not be too disturbed. the rooms we chose were the superior apartments which came with 4 beds and 2 air conditioners which were perfect for the heat. overall the staff were amazing and the apartment is definitely a shout.

We stayed for 5 nights and not once did we get maid service. Luckily we stubbled across the room where they keep the fresh sheets and towels when locating our room so we were okay.
Great for what you pay. Close to all the clubs and pubs. Friendly staff
