Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

An email I sent three times before I stayed at hotel, three times sent, was not answered after two times with the only reply after I resent it for the third time telling me ‘ perfect’ when I wrote I was disappointed for them not getting back 🤷♀️
Great location. Great staff. Great food. Hotel provided birthday cake & coffee for my hubby served by a delightful & wonderful waiter (sorry don’t know his name but he had a cross tattoo on his neck)

Great location, really friendly, helpful staff especially the restaurant and room attendant, who are very attentive. Heavenly jacuzzi bath with sea view, topped off with luxury robes, slippers and towels, plus bottles of cava and truffles in our room, made our stay superb! Thank you all very much 😊🌟💫

United KingdomI feel that the pool area wasn't the best - it's upstairs, and on the photos it looks more outdoor but it's actually under a sort of cover. We still enjoyed sitting there but it wasn't quite what I imagined.
Beautiful rooms, lovely treat of a bottle of cava when we arrived! Sea views and absolutely FANTASTIC food and drinks! Really good location, so close to the beach! Little further out from the old town and other main parts of Benidorm, but a nice walk!

The location and the view are fantastic! And in the bathroom there are directions on how to use the shower. I wished most hotels did that! I stayed there in the second part of my stay because the initial hotel couldn’t accommodate me for an extra night. I should have started at the Villa Del Mar!
