Nothing to do around, not even a decent restaurant… the one that was recommended by the staff was extremely overpriced with awful food… quite monotonous breakfast…

Great !!! The person who designed everything is very creative. Details are taken care of. Cosmetics in the bathroom are L'o ccitane. By car, you are in the center of Valencia in 15 minutes.

Everything, the property in reality exceeded the pictures. The staff was beyond anything you could expect. By definition friendly helpful and kind. The location was good with small towns like puig close by and Valencia city centre within 20 min drive. Honestly we could have stayed here for weeks instead of just 5 days

Everything was more then expected, we have had a very beautiful room and the breakfast was excelent. The ladies from the reception were very kind and helpful. Definetely we will go back to this amazing place. Just a recommendation, regarding lunch and dinner, you have to go in the city or you can cook in the kitchen.

The only downside was the absence of an on-site restaurant, making it necessary to go out for dinner or lunch.

Amazing place. Extremely clean. Beautifully arranged with class and good taste. Friendly and supportive personnel. Surrounded by unique plants, orange trees plantation. Away from traffic and noise.

They could remove decorative mirrors from ourside terrace (or paint/cover them with something) as birds mistakenly hit them and there is a cat hunting them (waiting when they will fall accidentally). Not such a nice picture to see a cat eating birds in front of you relaxing there.

Charming place, very green and peaceful. Nice swimming pool, sunbeds were a bit dirty, but they give towels to use near the pool. Decent breakfast with fresh orange juice and eggs of your choice. We've got a free room upgrade, room was lovely!

Everything! The property is so beautiful and the staff match this too! Genuinely couldn’t do more for you! The honesty bar was great, the rooms and grounds are stunning! It is just so nice, would recommend to anyone!

Without a car you are bit lost, however metrostation in 30min walk reachable. It would be great if they would offer bicycles so you could explore the surroundings or go to the beach. So hopefully next time I come.

Exceptional location, very nice decorated guest house with pool and jacuzzi, very friendly and helpful staff. Loved it there, showed it to my Spanish friends! Only 20min to airport by taxi. Would stay again - thank you!!

The location. It is about 15 km from center of Valencia, if u want to go there every day it could be tiring

Beautiful historic property. Charmingly decorated. Lovely pool and setting. peaceful and relaxing. Good for a driving break or for seeing Valencia. Breakfast by the pool was perfect - they had eggs and tortilla, hams, fruits, breads, cheeses, pastries etc. Staff great. I liked hearing roosters crowing in the morning.

The only accept cash at the "Honesty Bar". Apparently the hotest told us about it but we didn´t hear, and at the moment of the check out, when we had to pay we had no cash with us and the were not offering any other solutions - We even offered to do a money transfer which they were not willing to accept. We ended up going to the car to find some coins which hopefully were enought to pay for what we consume.

it’s not that I didn’t like it but as I didn’t have a car it made it harder to get out for dinner. Not the problem for the b&b but my own.

No decent places to eat nearby and the surroundings are pretty ugly. As long as you stay at hotel premises you are fine.

Beautiful place, perfect for transit passengers, close to highway.
