I absolutely loved my stay in Mar Apartments. The place is well located, both with the city centre and in the area itself. All needed places (cafés, restaurants, grocery store, church and the beach) are walking distance. The apartment has anything you might need and more. It's well taken care of and if in need the owner is always available and very helpful. It was amazing stay in a beautiful and peaceful area of Alicante. I would love to come back! :)

Nice and clean throughout! There is a cafe on the ground floor that comes in very handy. The beautiful beach is just a short stroll away. Easy check in, great communication and very, very hospitable people! Parking was easy outside the property and supermarkets were also close. Will recommend to friends and will definitely be returning!

Liked everything about our stay at Mar Apartments. The apartment was tasteful, very clean and practical, equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the quietness of the area and the amazing San Juan beach located nearby. Our favorite place was the Cafe, where we had a great breakfast everyday. The fresh bread with tomato relish, avocado and olive oil was out of this world. Last but not least, the hosts were very attentive and helpful. They generously provided guidance on places to explore and eat at in Alicante. Thanks to them, we had a great stay!

The neighbourhood is quite and safe. - very helpful hosts - well-equiped kitchen - there is a small restaurant in the same builing where you it's possible to eat tasty breakfest or drink a morning coffee - very clean toilett and rooms - bus/tram near by the apartment

Outstanding accommodation option in Alicante (Playa de San Juan). The apartment and service is excellent from any point of view. Even they have their own coffee shop in the same site with wonderful service. Truly recommendable.

Very comfortable bed, the interior design of the room is very modern and artistic, big space and clean, silky smooth check in process, the neighborhood is very quiet, we will definitely come back when we come to Alicante!

Flexibility, quiet time of year so was able to move to a nicer apartment with better terrace, most are shaded this time of year (jan) and owner flexible on checkout time. Whole block is clean and managed well

It was not hot water in the sink and also when you take a shower you need to be careful because suddenly very hot water coming and it’s very dangerous when you bath a kid

The shower I was given was meant for disability people, and had no shower mount for standing people. Adding that would make for a good shower experience. Other than that it was a beautiful place to stay.

The appartment was very nice, and Emil is a very friendly and helpful property manager who was always available for any questions. The appartment had everything you would need and was quite a lot for a single traveller. Location is really close to the beach, and everything is in walking distance.

It's very simple to get into the property - just enter the door code, very convenient. There is everything you might need in the kitchen if you prefer to cook by yourself: spoons, forks, knifes, plates, cups, glasses, pot with lid, frying pan, chopping board, microwave, toaster, fridge, electric stove with 2 rings, coffee machine (espresso only), electric kettle. Sofa in the living room is very good for just laying and watching telly. The bed is huge and comfortable. 2 air conditioners make it possible to define any temperature you need. Also you can request iron for your clothes or use washing machine (in a -1 floor of the building) The location is perfect. You can easily get to the beach (Playa de San Juan) or find any grocery store or pharmacy you need in 5 minute walk. Public transport is also very close (tram or bus), great supermarket Mercadona is in 8-10 minutes of walk. No issues during the whole stay. The host is very kind and polite, always ready to help or find everything you might need

I have nothing negative to say about this property

Good taste, cleanliness, attention to detail. We lived in the superior apartment - each room has its own bathroom. Numerous possibilities to hang things in the bathroom, good quality linen, in rooms - interior lighting with the possibility of operating almost everything from bed, equipped kitchen (almost "like home"). Everything very clean, of good quality, perfectly functional. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the building next door. The apartment was presented to us by Mr. Emil, we received at the same moment the access codes for the property and the room. We had water in the room and a bottle of wine. Emil recommended to call him for any problem related to the location. Tram stop 3 minutes away, bus stop in front of the property, beach on 5 minutes

Property is brand new and everything works perfectly. Emil is amazing host and really welcoming. He make sure we to have amazing time and even allowed us to check out later. I would recommend this property!
