Beautiful location and scenery all around, felt very private and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beach every morning was a particular highlight. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were on the 1st floor and we heard the fans from the bar area all night. It was a constant hum we reported this but the gentleman on the reception disagreed and said it was normal.

We loved the position of the hotel, the breakfast was served overlooking the bay. There were lovely views all round of the sea, and the mountains. Breakfast was very good served by very efficient and friendly staff. All the staff work really hard to please all the guests.

Beds and bedding poor. Beds are uncomfortable/cheap and bedding feels similar.

It was at the very end of the bay which meant a 10-15minute walk to the ‘main’ section where the bars/restaurants were, but this was fine for us. Also our original room was quite small with no balcony hence our request to change.

It was very pleasant and modern. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We were able to upgrade our room upon request.

All good if I must say something maybe more hanging hooks in bathroom bedroom for towels and there was no mirror in the room only the bathroom .

Honestly - there’s nothing to dislike.

Amazing staff made the whole experience enjoyable. The rooms are decent and are modern. The pool area is a great spot for a lazy day.

Location, hotel staff, breakfast, room all fantastic, the pool is peaceful and scenic. There are so many restaurants on your doorstep and the whole port/beach area is stunning.

Breakfast was fabulous in a stunning setting. Exactly how a great holiday should be. Fantastic seaview with a good size balcony with stylish comfortable chairs. Staff extremely helpful to assist with sightseeing suggestions. Adults only .... wonderful.

A couple of small things; could not get a decent coffee, had a self service machine which was horrible; also had to get pool towels from reception which was annoying because there is only one lift which is slow and you had to wait for reception staff serving customers; would have been better to have them on the pool deck. Little things make a difference when your travelling. Also quite expensive for a luxury hotel positioning - meals/drinks etc when the little things are missing.

The rooms are absolutely tiny I have never paid so much for such a small room. No chest of drawers/unit to put clothes in The bathroom is so small it was actually quite claustrophobic

Lovely location, very comfortable bed, staff are great and very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Yes rooms are a little small but didn’t bother us one bit. Loads of hanging space, beautiful sea view from our balcony, we loved every minute of our first stay in Majorca.

Rooms maybe could be a tiny bit bigger but it’s not a reason not to stay.

Staff were super friendly the food was excellent and it was close to the beach. The pool area was very relaxing although maybe a bit short of sun beds when the pool is busy.
