Needs to be clearer on parking routine for private cars. It was a bit of a faff to get to the parking as it was not identified on the instructions. The car park is only metres away from the hotel and is easy to access.

Was quite noisy on Saturday night. The room was ok but very basic, not that cosy. . Would had been nice to have even a little lounge/common area.

Lady at the reception and house keeping staff were nice. Bathroom was good, nice shower with warm water. Location was great, good value for the money! Couple of nice coffee shops on that street that seemed to be family owned - one opposite to this accommodation.

There were roadworks outside my room from 9am all day so it wasn't possible to sleep in or have peace in the room during the day. If I'd known about the roadworks I probably wouldn't have stayed here or would expect a discounted rate so this was disappointing. The rooms would benefit from a kettle for making a hot drink in the morning. I'd booked a queen room but was put in a triple room, which was OK but would have preferred a double bed as booked.

Good location, modern rooms which were clean and comfortable. I was able to check into the room early and the Hostal were happy to store my luggage for me after check out.

There was a lot of wear and tear on all of the elements of the room (furniture was knicked and scuffed and there were no attempts made to hide wires. The wardrobe was quite battered.

The price and location were great. Check-in and check-out were very easy and quick.

Beds were very hard. Something wrong with the lock. Could not lock the door from the inside. Staff promised to have a look but nothing happened unfortunately.

Friendly staff. Good location in the centre of town. Pretty renovated bathroom. Elevator.

Staff seemed friendly and the lady had a nice smile but virtually no information was given at arrival - just the basics like WiFi code, things to do, any rules etc would have been useful and felt more welcoming. our Spanish is basic but not non-existant and just a piece of paper with info on and a few sentences about the place would really elevate the experience. The guy in the evening barely raised his head to look at us 🙋‍♂️! It's funny we didn't know there was room cleaning service (€30 a night doesn't usually get you much!) and to be honest we really didn't need/want it, the cleaners threw away soap and changed bedding and towels used once etc.. if reception communicated a tiny bit more they would save time, money, energy and make people feel more welcome 😉👍

Came here after camino for a short break, rooms were nice and tidy and clean, good showers and bed, big screen TV. Wifi was slow but useable and we we're on the 4th floor. The location is great and there seemed to be someone on reception 24/7 and there's a fridge there with drinks available. Very cheap price considering location size and cleanliness.

The lone issue is the noise. The walls are not very sound proof, and the doors of the house rooms are close enough together that if a neighbor is making noise, you can hear it. I was unlucky enough to be right next to a family with a young daughter who cried SO OFTEN. I know the crying child was not the property’s fault, but the lack of privacy as far as noise goes is worth flagging

It’s located right in a good district for food and sight seeing. The staff was friendly, and they were able to accommodate a change in booking needs without any issue through a few short emails. Very pleased with that.

Very very loud til 2:30 in the morning. No parking!!!

We are both retired and although the location was very central, the street is extremely busy with cafes and bars. As a result it was very loud and noisy until 2:30 in the morning. Since there is no air conditioning we had to leave the windows open. This location would be best suited for young people.

We booked the hostal last minute and it met my expectations. The room was a little worn but it was clean and we had clean towels,it was in a very good location and the staff were gracious. I would stay again
