A couple of minor issues. There were no children's menus with dinner - we had to ask for chicken Nuggets for our (very fussy!) Son. Also, some of the sun loungers were freyed and old and not very comfortable. However these were very minor issues and didn't detract from our lovely stay at the Ona Marinas.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The staff couldnt do enough for us. The location by the beach was fabulous with taxis or buses easy to get. The food was very nice and there was plenty of choice. We really enjoyed our stay.

The sauna was closed on a Monday no notification regarding closed on Mondays. Asked why its there day off.

Felt rooms were a little dated - and not clear what cocktails were and were not included on all inclusive . Poor choice of snacks if you missed lunch.

Was beautiful - very clean and loads of sun beds and shade if you wanted . Liked that you could get crisps as part of AI

Not much to be honest but at a posh the rooms could be updated slightly although they were very clean and nice

My only complaint and it was a shame really was that on the last day after we checked out when we had lunch buffet at the restaurant the waiter that served us did not come across in a hospitable way at all. He simply asked what we wanted to drink in a robotic way. No smile or any other words or response and just seemed a bit cold towards us, very strange. Anyway this did not spoil our trip and does not stop us from giving this hotel the praise it deserves overall, especially the positive behaviour of all the other staff that far outweighs this small complaint.

Amazing value for money in an off the beaten track kind of place peaceful untouched with an original sense of Spain in terms of architecture and absence of the likes of Mcdonalds. Absolutely gorgeous hotel and when you walk in the view blows you away. Great place to unwind and truly be at peace. What also makes this place special is the most friendly staff you would ever come across. Not one or two but more or less every staff that I encountered was super nice and made us feel at home. This place is truly a gem. Also loved the sound of the waves from the room. Oh the food was top notch really loved it. One more thing the staff really sorted us out with the most gorgeous room given that it was our anniversary.

Location on the beachfront is lovely. The staff were all incredibly nice and diligent. The food options were great, and the poolside bar was very efficient. While the spa is small it is enough for a short stay.

A little run down rooms

Loved the location of the hotel. Spacious apartment rooms with lovely views to the sea. Exceptional staff, very friendly and professional. Very good breakfast buffet.

Quality of the couch in the room, would be nice to have an easy. Hair as well, and lounge chair options on terrace.

Location being right on the beach we had a fantastic room with a great view Staff on reception experience very good. We wanted to stay an extra night in the same room and Victor could not have been more helpful All staff are really good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to be in a quiet area but within 15 minute walk along the beach to get into Nerja.

Very clean, spacious rooms with a sea view, large swimming pool, including a kids pool and a wonderful beach. We had booked half board with a decent variety of food.
