Nothing - it was honestly perfect.

Such an amazing location, very central but yet so quiet and lovely! The place has been made for you to feel like at home, it’s serene, beautifully done and every details has been thought through. Coffee/Tea station, drinkable water available, beach umbrella, cool bags, snorkels, portable battery to bring at the beach for the phones, etc. They can even get you a packed lunch ordered ahead of time. Ilaria is such a fantastic host and always happy to help - even beyond things relating to the stay. She helped us source some Menorcan brass hardware which I fell in love with. She also had great recommendations for food and visits! She checked on us by message before arrival and after the first night which was such a nice touch. We really felt well looked after!

Extremely well located, the owner was super helpful and provided us with good recommendations for restaurants, and beaches. The hotel has beach umbrellas and snorkelling equipment available. The room was super clean and quiet.

A little bit of noise from the street in the small hours, but if you want clean streets that's a small price to pay and absolutely normal in European cities.

A beautiful and stylish boutique hotel that has been constructed with real thought. Things like adequate shower walls that don't leak, lots of power points, lights that illuminate the right areas, dimmable side lights that can be turned off/on from bed, free loan of rain umbrellas, beach umbrellas, goggles and snorkels, and beach towels, a free to use coffee/ tea making facility and free drinking water all make the difference. Ilaria, the owner is a friendly and super helpful host, offering good restaurant and beach recommendations and being available via WhatsApp when not on site. The hotel is centrally located with everything you need under 5 minutes walk. A spacious room, with good storage and a bathroom with enough shelf space to allow you to lay all of your things out with ease was appreciated. There's a nice roof terrace and a lovely shaded patio as well.

What a lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Ilana the host was fantastic, full of recommendation for beaches and restaurants which were all lovely. The hotel rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Perfect place to explore Ciutadella and the surrounding area. The hotel also has cool bags, umbrellas and beach towels which was another nice touch. Couldn't recommend enough.

One night we kept the windows open vs using aircon which is our preference but it meant that we did hear the nearby church bells chime on the hour. The following nights we kept the windows open less and were undisturbed.

Super convenient yet quiet location. Walkable distance to lots of great restaurants, tourist sites and places to swim in the sea. Property has been beautifully restored and it has a lovely feel. There's a coffee machine guests can use (teas too) plus free filtered water literally on tap. Our room was spacious with a nice ensuite. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon, when used, was quiet yet effective. We loved the roof terrace and downstairs outside courtyard

I really liked the style of the hotel, it was really calm and beautifully decorated! What I thought was amazing was our welcome at the hotel. Ilaria told some things to do in the city and where the nice restaurants were, which was very good to know beforehand. We had a great time in at the hotel!

Incredible place to stay in Menorca! The hotel is gorgeous with lovely decor and great facilities, and the room was comfortable and well equipped. Our host was so helpful when we checked in providing tips and advice about things to do in Menorca and offered help with anything we might need. the location is perfect for exploring Cituadella, right in the centre of the old town and close to everything. We had a great stay at Marosi boutique and would absolutely recommend this place! thanks for an amazing trip :)
