The washing machine ate my clothes! Or rather, the washing machine held my clothes hostage for an entire day. Also when I arrived there were no towels. I was thankful that when I messaged about it someone came almost right away to bring them, but I was on a tight schedule to get somewhere so this made me late. I mean everything was just.... Ok

I don't think that I will say something that the host doesn't know yet or something that i wasn't expecting. I've read the previous reviews. The flat needs wall repairing and repainting. Amenities such as pans and pots need an upgrade too. Cleaning could be better too. The host only communicated with me on the day on arrival. I have contacted the host 2 times between the reservation and the stay, both times I did not get an answer. I knew what I was reserving, no surprises no disappointment.

Minimal linen was provided and a request for an extra sheet and pillow was accepted but not followed up and provided. Upon entry to the property, the foyer was quite dirty and had dead cockroaches on the floor. Last, the water pressure in the bathroom was very bad and shower was small but fine.

Terrace was lovely, the property itself was large and felt like a private retreat from a he bustling street below. Complex is in a great location for walking to and from main Seville attractions. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning on top and bottom levels.

There was a lack of cleaning everywhere on the first floor and on the terrace, dirty tables, couch and pillows. The kitchen is not well furnished, with just 4 dishes, forks and a pair of knives. No basic ingredients like oil and vinegar but you get kilos of salt, not even napkins were in the apartment. No TV in the bedroom and the pillows were uncomfortable, had neck and back pain for days. If you take off the key from its hole the whole electricity goes off, so it's impossible to refresh the apartment while you're outside or making a washing machine (that didn't work). The door didn't have a proper double lock, so many times I didn't feel safe in my apartment and one night I've had a very bad feeling that I won't share here

The structure was so nice, the whole apartment based on two floors with a beautiful terrace. It was well located close to the city center and just in front of the bus stop from/to the airport. One air conditioner per floor

Close to the centre, clean, easy to find and gain access. It has a lift and we had a cot. We didn't have any problem with the noise, maybe because it was during the week.

- getting full details about access to the hallway and room before check in would be nice, we had to make a call to get the codes - loud in the evening to about a midnight, as there is a restaurant at the first floor and i think windows are single glass - the room could use a handyman help :)

- we could leave our luggage in the room before check in - spacious room, comfortable bathroom with a large shower - it was great to have washing machine and ironing table - localization was not great, but good enough

They take very long to answer your message, hard to contact! you are not allowed to leave the bags for while after the checkout, even though they have couple of wardrobe in the place!

The place is quite confusing if you follow your SatNav as it will take you to the corner of the road. Just have to bear in mind that the main entrance is along the main road just next to the restaurant. If you arrive before check in, there is no where you can leave your bags at the property unless if you go to Plaza de Armas bus station where you can rent a locker for the day.

Location is good. Fully functional kitchenette and if you feel lazy cooking, there is a restaurant below the apartment that opens early and closes really late. High ceilings and well ventilated. Very comfortable bed with bedside plug sockets making it convenient charging your phones or your cameras while relaxing in bed watching TV. Spacious toilet/shower with hair drier. It's very clean. Although it's in a quieter area, city attractions are all walking distance. Supermarket is about 5 minutes walk and Plaza de Armas bus station is just around the corner.

The wifi did not work so well and I had a few issues with connecting. Not ideal if you are working remotely and needed a stable connection.

The place was comfortable and clean. The location is great within walking distance to everything.

The apartment has an open plan layout.

The location is great, very close to supermarkets, Triana's bridge, markets, cathedral and the bus station where you can get the direct bus to the airport. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.

Understandably the prices in Seville were massively inflated due to the time we arrived so for one night we were £700 which was okay considering some of the other options however I had made an error when booking and put two adults instead of three, I mentioned this the day of arriving that we were a family and this was a mistake which the host said wasn’t an issue however it was an extra £50. I didn’t cause a fuss however, this was disappointing due to how much we were paying anyway and we arrived 15 minutes after paying this and it was clear nothing had to be done to the room to accommodate an extra person as it was set up as two double beds already. The apartment we were given was also small with an en suite as the only bathroom option and it was very dark even during the day. There was also only one mirror in the property which was a bathroom sink mirror.

We visited the property for the Europa League Final so a very busy time in Seville! The property had a great location and was very secure with locked entrance and locked apartment inside. There were lots of bars and restaurants near by and everything was in walking distance. The streets around the property were well looked after too and there was a lot of choices for what to do. The apartment we were given was very clean and towels were laid out nicely for us arriving. The property was a modern decor and the air conditioning worked well which was great as it was so hot outside. The host was friendly and easy to get in contact with and offered to let us check in an hour early when we asked which was helpful although slightly earlier would’ve been better. I had a great sleep in the bed it was so comfy and the area outside wasn’t too noisy also!

Although in the end, all went well, I'd suggest to the host to improve the communication. Since I arrived late and got the entrance code via whatsapp, some information regarding the apartment and other things that we usually want to hear from the locals, were missing or hard to get.

A nice apartment, clean and comfortable, very close to the main touristic spots as well as supermarket, pharmacy etc.
