Property owner has to invest more in technology. When we checked in, card key door locks didn’t work we had to carry around physical keys. On our last day the hot water tank broke down and we couldn’t shower for 2 days..and worse -at 1.15 am the fire alarm went off and all of us were awakened not knowing what to do. Had to wait half hour for someone to arrive - false alarm. The hotel did give us a reasonable discount on our room charge for the inconvenience .

Well designed modern property in the midst of olive trees. Very calm and restful. We were upgraded to a suite which was large with a jacuzzi (5 nights stay). Convenient location to explore the area of Cadaqués, Figueres, Roses and golf at Peralada. Staff was excellent especially Claira at front desk, and staff at the restaurant. Restaurant food was good.

The blond girl at front desk- she was not nice nor helpful

The facilities were amazing! The entire vibe of the hotel is exactly what I was looking for. The staff at the restaurant were amazing. The only negative aspect i encountered was the blond girl at front desk, she was not pleasant- other than that it was perfect!

at the time we arrived for breakfast a lot was missing, no bread no juice even no coffee cups, however after 10 min the buffer was again ok for dinner the main menu was a little bit disappointing

Hotel Mas Lazuli is an amazing place to stay when you want to disconnect and just enjoy good food and nature. The facilities are well-designed and clean. The staff is also exceptional in their dedication to service. We spent our pre-wedding break in Mas Lazuli, and had such a wonderful time. Definitely worth the travel, especially for couples!

The entire hotel is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The room exceeded our expectations, with very good soundproofing, amenities and the bed was also very comfortable. The common areas of the hotel such as the living room and the dining room are also very comfortable. The outside areas such as the pool area and the garden are soperb. Breakfast with high quality products. The staff was very friendly, helpful and dedicated. I recommend it without any hesitation.

The hotel has the potential to be superb. The management need professional staff and not trainees. Attention to detail would make such a difference. Experienced travellers notice the little things which raise the bar.
