We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Fahana is a relaxing and stunning oasis in the middle of the joy that is Gran Canaria. Everyone was so friendly, the staff were kind and caring, the cleaners brilliant, and a top quality overall stay. The new breakfast is brilliant, perfect for the morning after a night out, with a range of choice and very well presented. Miguel looked after us fabulously, and we spend hours laid by the pool enjoying the sun.

The hotel has a delicious breakfast, a beautiful pool, and the rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds 😊. The landscaping and grounds are tasteful and stylish. We received many tips and super friendly and helpful service from Miguel, the manager. Mari from the cleaning staff kept the place looking immaculate. Fahana is a lovely boutique hotel!

Fahana is perfect. This is our second stay & we have already booked again for our third stay. The rooms are glamorous with every 5 star facility you could want. Miguel & the staff give 100%, nothing is too much trouble, rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. The stunning glass side pool is heated & all is kept spotless & having your own private roof terrace with beds & a sea view is a stunning touch. Fahana never fails to impress!!

NetherlandsFor us the breakfast still needs to be developed more, the breakfast is not on the same standards as the rest of the hotel. Towels in the bathroom are a bit thin and small for us, towels for the pool are perfect.
There is no place like Fahana for us on the island, we had a great time during our stay! The rooms and general areas are modern, clean and luxurious. For people who think beds are super important during your stay, don’t worry at Fahana they have you covered with a great bed! We finally found a place where we are feeling as relaxed as at home.

The location is accessible; the room is immaculate and spacious; the bed is very comfortable; breakfast (served till noon) is excellent too; and lots more ‘very’ that would make me stay again on my next visit! PS: If you do some cycling in Gran Canaria, you'll have so much space to store your bike safely.

GermanyCleanliness of the throw pillows could be improved. A suggestion would be to add a couple of micro fleece blankets which can be used to relax outside on the terrace in the evenings.
Friendly staff, late breakfast, and the bed was super comfy. The private relaxing areas on the roof and in the backyard of the room are great. We liked that it was less crowded - there were only 8 rooms. The location was great and you can hardly hear any noise from the outside.
