very spacious and well designed rooms, lots of wardrobe space and facilities. modern appliances and fittings and comfy beds. very clean and smart property in a lovely location near to the beach and places like tapas ally. staff were super helpful and it was really easy to communicate with them. lovely pool area where we shared some nice group time.

Not a huge amount of sun beds on the pool terrace but is a beautiful pool area which gets lots of sunshine.

Very clean and modern! Helpful staff who was available as and when you needed them. The location was perfect as it was close to the old town but not a far distance from the main Benidorm strip if you fancied a night out. Apartments where fully kitted out with everything we needed! Super close to the beach and the side closest the sea was beautiful and clear, very near to lots of shops with everything you need and tapas alley is a must visit during your stay! Being able to get into the apartments via your phone is a great idea and super easy to use. Thank you

Nothing really except it advertised no hen parties stag nights etc and it did book those who caused some issues at the pool with rowdy behaviour until the over spoken to by me. A few more subbed would be nice .

Nothing to dislike location perfect near beach and tapas alley.its very hard to dislike this property. Note just a word of if you have a wheel chair there’s 7-8 wide steps to walk up to acess the front of the apartments.

Second time here communication excellent via text what’s ap.main door and room door opens via an ap excellent way no keys or cards.rooms are spacious clean well equipped have fridge washing machine with powder supplied. Location is perfect close to beach and old town 1 minute walk. Fixture's and fittings are well done and of quality lift works very well. Gentleman on reception is very fast to reply and on our last visit allowed us to leave our bags in the room after check out time.

Some local taxi drivers where not fully aware of the location of the hotel and caused some confusion.

The location was fabulous. Situated right opposite tapas alley and a stones throw away from the beach. Everything was immaculate in the apartments. Communication with the manager was brilliant and even helped with extra blankets/later check out time & calling taxis for some of our party. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I can’t think anything but I think it would be perfect if the swimming pool could be cleaned up every day because there were birds poo on the floor for a few days.

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Like the location, it’s quiet and safe, many cafes and restaurants nearby, easy accessible to walk.

Nothing, if we had to pick something maybe they could do with a couple of extra sun beds but there was still loads of space and tables and chairs to enjoy the terrace too. So wasn't an issue for us at all!

Modern, clean and so spacious. It had everything we needed including a beautiful roof terrace which got the sun all day. We loved everything about it, comfy beds, wardrobe space, perfect location next to Tapas alley but not loud - the staff were so helpful and easy to contact as well. We can't wait to come back!

I was contacted by what’s ap guy met us on arrival.code to main door and room is via an ap worked perfect no lost keys.tap the ap the door opens. The apartments are close to tapas alley as it’s known in the old town. A very short walk to shops and beach excellent location Apartment was perfect,clean had everything you need even a washing machine. The host was contactable 24/7 A lift to all floors A outside area with pool The venue is in the old town at the end of the prom it’s a perfect location. Tapas alley is on your door step but no noise room well insulated Beds comfy To summerise excellent host perfect location for us away from the noise hassle and bustle of the new town.

Had a really great, 4 night stay here. The apartment is very clean, smart and very well finished. The decor is modern and neat. Bathroom has a good, powerful shower. Hand soap and shower gel provided. Kitchen is very well equipped to prepare breakfast/simple meals etc. Like most people I guess, we generally ate out but we managed to cook fajitas on the stove and found everything we needed. Nice big fridge and ice compartment. Great to have the washing machine and utility/drying area- nothing quite like being able to open your suitcase when you get home and put everything away and not having to wash! Location is fantastic - so close to the beach and bars/restaurants in the old town. Despite this, it's well insulated from noise and we weren't disturbed once by outside noise. You really feel like you're amongst everything but can close your door to it whenever you want - the difference between being in the comfort of your flat or out in the hustle and bustle is the threshold of the front door and I like that feeling. We only briefly saw our host, but it was made clear that we only had to ask if we needed anything and WhatsApp replies were forthcoming - I find this approach ideal as anything we needed was addressed without the need for having to find someone. When we did have a question, the approach to customer service was excellent and our host went above and beyond. All in all, the perfect place for a holiday where you're surrounded by bars, tapas, paella and sea. Thank you so much to our hosts.

The only problem we encountered was with the room safe on the morning of our departure. Although we used the correct pin code it would not open despite us having used it with no problem throughout our stay. As our stay was during the quiet off peak season the reception was not manned but the owner came over as quickly as he could to open the safe with the master key. He also phoned the transport link people and arranged a taxi for us.

The location of the apartment was excellent. It was easy to access and although it was in the centre of the old town it was exceptionally quiet. The apartment was really spacious, very clean and the beds were comfortable. We also had access to the roof top which has a swimming pool. The owner phoned on the day of our arrival to make sure all was ok, We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location on a popular square in Benidorm Old Town. Very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Lifts and a small rooftop terrace and pool.

Checkout is 10am most places offer 12pm. Only had 2 coffee pods would've been good to have some tea included.

Everything was great. Location was right near tapas alley and very close to both beaches. Apartment was spacious and simplistic design and didn't hear much noise.
