Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere's nothing really to dislike. I was disappointed to see that the once busy cafe had now become a restaurant. For some reason on the retirement of the older very genial reception staff the replacements all seem to lack enthusiasm for the job!
Well located for old town. All the meals are basically Spanish and lots of choice. If this was to your liking, the salad on display was always fresh with a very good selection of food available both at Lunch time and Evening. Every morning cereal , hot Spanish Bacon and eggs, toast, rolls, jams and massive selection of biscuits and cakes. It annoys me to read comments, such a disappointing or poor food - it a two star hotel ! Stayed in this hotel many times, it is always reasonably priced and great value for money. The dining room staff have been there for many years and are exceptionally helpful and friendly as are the cleaners.
