I can’t say I didn’t like anything!!

Loved the breakfast but wouldn’t recommend for people used to a traditional English breakfast! It was perfect for me and with lots of choice!!

A member of staff in fining room. Ran after me shouting that I hadn't paid for wine. Disgusting. I had of course, paid the other staff member. I was absolutely fuming.

I was holidaying on a budget so I really can’t complain for the price I paid . I enjoy the old town and it was great for that

If staying during November fiesta ask for a room at the front of the hotel.the back of the hotel was noisy from 6pm until 7.00am.the Spanish guests were mostly by at least he front. Food typical Spanish,but tasty and adequate. Not suitable for anyone wheelchair bound as steps to front of hotel and lift very tight for a wheelchair.

Nothing was too much trouble for the cleaning staff.just ask if a extra pillow etc is needed.

In the middle of the center of Benidorm. Everything closeby as beach, boulevard, shopping, food, dinks, restaurants, bars, partyplaces, walking area's. Very nice people in the hotel. Elevator. We did not have food in the hotel, but I asked the Spanish guest about it in the elevator and they recommened it. Most of them did breakfast, lunch and diner in the hotel. So no experience for myself. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping came everyday for cleaning. We had also a very nice big balcony. The room itself was a normal to small size, but everything was there. Big closets for suitcases and clothes. Big bathroom, basis, but everything you need and nice hot shower and enough towels, that are cleaned every day. Good value for the price we paid.

The reception staff are sullen and impersonal, but this is probably because I was English - the hotel is 99% Spanish clientele. I'd say the clientele is also 99% pensioners, meaning every single one of them will be using the hotel elevator. This is a huge problem, because their is only one lift that barely holds three people, it is a slow lift, and regularly skips your floor whilst you are waiting for it - after my first night there, I stopped using it, and walked the 12 flights of stairs to the 4th floor. My room was directly overlooking Ruzafa street, which is one of the noisiest streets I've ever stayed on - constant traffic and incessant babbling/shouting from passing tourists (okay, it was Easter, so it was incredibly busy as half of Spain arrived on the Saturday). They started letting firecrackers off at 8am on Easter Sunday, which were so loud I thought a terrorist attack was taking place. I decided to leave two days early. The guy at reception didn't even bother to ask why.

Can't honestly say I liked anything. Didn't bother with breakfast, so can't comment on that.

The friendliest of staff,in fact amazing👍 very good breakfast,good sized room and bathroom cleaning lady very pleasant and nothing too much trouble ,would definitely stop here again ... Great Location 👍 Thanks to everyone at the Hotel Mayna especially Jose the hotel manager ....

Not the fault of the hotel but Saturday night was very noisy with people partying till around 0300am outside. We have stayed here before & remembered having this issue then.
