Wifi was really slow. A little bit of noise from the street and restaurant downstairs, if you want to have open window, earplugs can fixed that.

Nice hotel, close to the metro (15 min walk), 15 min walk to the City of Arts and Sciences, 20 min walk to the center. A lot of cafes and restaurant nearby. The room and the bahtroom was big enough, clean, basic furniture. Everything was fine.Very helpful staff.

There is not enough light in the rooms and one of the air conditioners does not work. If it happens to be cold outside, you will have to turn on the air conditioner on higher temperatures for some hours to make it comfortable. We reported the problem, but the lady from the reception told us it is broken and cannot be fixed. As others have said, you can hear everything from outside the room, from the sound of heels on the hallway to the people who are taking a bath. If you are a light sleeper, use earbuds, it helps a lot. The room we got was quite small, but it is understandable, the area is very populated. Also, the price of the room is overrated, according to the conditions.

The beds are very comfortable, you also got a fridge and some coffee, which is very nice. The location is near the Museum of Arts and Sciences, which is a good point. The members of the property are very nice.

It is a bit noisy because on a main road, although there is double glazing window.

The location is excellent across from the gardens, a short walking distance to the Science & Arts area, also just a bit longer walking distance to the old town. All the amenities you might need are just two streets away. The room is well furnished, if you are there to work though, the desk/table is too small/less conducive. The staff at reception are very welcoming and helpful.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time here, a couple of things would improve it for next time. A Spoon and some milk or creamer for the coffee and tea would be wonderful, and the shower gel had a slightly odd smell. Nothing that detracted from our stay though.

The room was a very good size and had an outlook onto the Turia gardens which was lovely. The location was brilliant for walking to both the old town and the science and arts centre. The staff were helpful too. We had a fantastic time and would stay here again.

Bath towels have a sickeningly strong smell of fabric softener which I'm allergic to. Luckily I had brought my own towels. Bed sheets are polyester and not cotton and feel really cheap and made sleeping uncomfortable. Also we were given the wrong door security code and stood outside the hotel in the middle of the night unable to get in. Luckily an emergency phone number was printed at the entrance door and the customer service person spoke good English and was able to provide us with the correct code.

Love the sun flooded spacious room, great location with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, still quiet at night. Staff is super helpful and friendly

The host, Anna, was exceptionally helpful and responsive to our requests. The hotel is outside of the old town, conveniently located near the art and science area and a wonderful park. The buses are easily accessed.

Cleanliness in the bathroom (chalk residue on the hinges. Quite weird that there’s a door that connects the hall With the bathroom. You clearly see that’s it a remodel of a retirement home or something. Also the noise isolation could be better. You hear people in the hall as well as the ventilation outside.

Great place for reasonable price. If I may be picky, the only downside was a night club just underneath or next door. And water pump when flushing the toilet or running the water. Our windows were facing the road but two double windows eliminate the noise.

Location, staff, cleanliness, check in and out time: everything was excellent! The staff was the best I've ever met. Special praise to the two ladies from the reception. Although housekeeping also deserves a separate Thank you. Located across the road from the central park and 15 minutes walk from Placa de Torres and 30 mins from all other main sights. Mercadona is 4 mins away where you can buy food and beverage for the lowest prices. Highly recommend and will be staying there when visit Valencia next time!

a) Poor insulation: I could hear everything, from guests leaving at 7am to doors banging and toilets flushing from next door. b) Zero natural light: My single room had a very gloomy, dark-night feel. For example, it was impossible to tell if it was day or night while in the room (the tinted window overlooked the ventilation shaft). c) It's a good 30-min walk from the historical city centre - it's closer to the city of arts and sciences than the centre (cathedral etc).

a) The staff that I came into contact with were very nice, smiley and welcoming. They also tried to help when I wanted to change my room type. b) The establishment was clean and had a modern feel. c) It's located in a safe residential area with lots of bars and restaurants. d) Although reception is not always available, when it comes to check in, they make sure someone receives you.
