there was everything I needed here for my stay, I used the hotel as a base so I didn’t need any extra facilities. breakfast included in the price would have been nice.

The property was extremely easy to contact and very easy to check in. Room was a lovely size with nice windows a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom!

Reception close outside limited time slots late the mornning and early the afternoon. No staff present otherwise. Tricky when we arrive late the evenning and we have no phone no internet connexion to have the entrance code.

Not a good place if you're a business traveler with a bad back. Would have been helpful if the staff pointed out the well-hidden lift at the start of my stay instead of as I was leaving.

Given what we paid for the hotel there were some things we thought should have been better E.g: - receptionist only there at certain times which affects when you can check in and also collect luggage on last day - only decaf coffee in room, nothing to stir with - furniture is all Ikea furniture - strange for a modern city hotel esp. when not cheap

Location reasonable - a bit of a walk into old town but it’s nice to walk in, and it is near the cool Ruzafa neighbourhood which is good for going out in the evening and also near the Turia Gardens and City of Arts and Sciences. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Powerful shower, aircon, mattress comfortable

The staff in this hotel are so wonderful, open the door for us when we just step out taxi. I can guarantee the staff service standards and enthusiasm are even higher than top luxury hotels which I lived. It’s really unusual in this price of hotel, it is so higher than our expectations. 100% recommended.

Was a really weird vibe like an office and thin walls between rooms. Room decor/furniture was pretty random and mismatched so felt a bit odd.

Nice location in Valencia, easy to check in and out of room.

The hotel was very noisy - you could hear people talking in the corridor, the sound of showers and water flowing in next door rooms and street noise. There were no soft furnishings to deaden the noise - I used ear plugs both nights... There is only limited reception cover during the day and none at all during the evening so if something goes wrong outside of the very limited hours it is hard to get hold of anyone to help - unless you say it is an emergency Because of the limited reception hours there is nowhere secure to store bags / luggage if you are on a late flight out so I had to leave my suitcase near the bike rack on the ground floor where anyone with access to the building could have accessed it - this didn't feel particularly safe to me and I think a hotel should provide secure storage for travellers The room was also quite dark

The bed was very comfortable Staff were helpful and friendly when on site Good location - could walk to the Old Town in 20 mins and the restaurants and bars of Rusafa in the evenings. The science and arts park were also a short walk away

We had booked 2 rooms: 1 double + 1 single. They both were pretty basic, but that was not the issue. The main problem is cleaning, which was absolutely inadequate: the floor in the less visible areas of the room was disgusting (see photo). I realised it because my pillow dropped on the floor and when I picked it up, it was full of dust and hairs. The curtains are gross, full of dirt stains (see other photo). The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms (see photo) was broken and one of the shower boxes had no door, so I had to use my 2 towels to wipe the wet floor (trust me, it’s impossible to prevent it from getting wet). On the second day of stay they cleaned better and changed the toilet seat, however we had another problem: no hot water to shower. When I told the receptionist they told me that they have a limit of hot water and that provably I had used it, but that is impossible as I had been out the whole day. Another major problem was silence: the room walls are super thin and you can even hear the other rooms talk normally or flush their toilet. Furthermore, the doors have no rubber seals, so they all make loud noises when they are closed, even if you accompany them. So there is no quiet and it’s impossible to rest as you can hear the guests walk in the hallways in the middle of the night. The smallest problem was the fact that the TV was not usable as the remote was broken. When I told the receptionist, she told me she knew and there wasn’t much that could be done with that. The icing on the cake is that they didn’t take all of this discomfort into consideration at check out and didn’t provide any sort of compensation

The hotel reception is very nice and the receptionist who looked after us was extremely kind. Location was very good too, right in between the city centre and the science museum

Size (small), no windows to look out. Noise, both from the hallway, but also from a nightclub (the night before the marathon). Room was quite cold and had to figure out heating in the middle of the first night (arrived very late and went straight to bed). The room was not super clean.

Location (close to marathon), Got check-out extened one hour (to 12) which allowed me to get back just in time to shower afer the maraton. The staff was nice.

Phonic isolation between rooms almost inexistant.

Nice room... but thin walls let you hear all of your neighbours' life: alarm, shower, bathroom, fan... Enjoy !
