The room is a bit small.

I liked the bright room and the comfortable of the beds. The breakfast is good but needs to go early if you want a table. The public parking is very close but with a preferred rate if you stay in the hotel. Important to talk to the parking staff to get reductions for the duration of your full stay.

I did not notice aspects that really need improvement.

Very good location, 10mins walking to the train station/metro (direct connection to the airport). It is also close to the old town, where are plenty of restaurants and other attractions. Comfortable and clean room, delicious breakfast including their famous jamón, but also a couple of gluten and lactose free options. Nice staff, they printed on paper our boarding cards.

Excellent location..perfectly situated! Even had a laundromat next door that was easy to use and cost effective. Great staff: staff at reception, in the breakfast area and cleaning were all friendly, helpful, positive and chatty. Breakfast was amazing. Room and bathroom were a good size and worked really well.

Excellent Hotel in a great location just 5-10 minutes away from the Old Town, Bullring and Metro. Great choices at breakfast , staff all very friendly and happy to help would stay here again if in Valencia.

They use air refreshener in staircase (common area), sometimes it’s too strong.

Location, breakfast and reception staff wonderful! Room size exceeded expectations, pillows were good, windows could be opened for fresh air, a kettle was available! Breakfast menu for 3* hotel with amazing variety - 2 sorts of cheese, Spanish meat selection, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, avocado, yougurts, juices, coffee capsules, pastry, fruit etc. Direct metro lines to/from airport, good transport connections and a Valenbisi bicycle station across the street. Walkable distance to almost everywhere! Central Market 5min! Hotel sells Suma transport cards.

My only complaint was that our room was very small and as it looked out at a higher building it was a bit gloomy.

Staff were very attentive to our needs . Brekki was really good with a great variety of fresh fruit available also beautiful sweet cakes croissants etc. The location was spot on.

The location was perfect. Hotel is right downtown and close to restaurants, shops and all the attractions. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was good, lots of choices and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The walls are rather thin. For the first few nights I had loud neighbours who disturbed my sleep. Once they left, all was fine.

Very friendly staff who always seemed to anticipate my needs and always had a helpful solution. Super location easily reached by underground from the airport.

The rancid smell from reception that lingers up the floors... smells like sewer pipes 🤢

The staff are so friendly they really make this a wonderful stay! Very centrally located and ideal for Las Fallas! Breakfast was wonderful!

Not much to say about things we didn't like.

Central location for most of Valencia's attractions. Easy access to buses or metro lines. Good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Good selection of food for breakfast. Staff very helpful with directions.
