The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are clean and big enough. The staff is friendly. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet and two bars with a good selection of drinks and a friendly service.

It was a little far out of town but only 10euros max for a taxi home and close to the tram so worth the compromise on location for the facilities on offer.

Great hotel with excellent facilities. Rooms were large and clean and the breakfast selection was brilliant and kept us full well beyond lunch time.

The hotel is about 20 mins from the centre. But there is good public transport options. The bus was about €6 for 10 trips which is great!

Loved the hotel, the staff and facilities were great. There are great views of the city also, all the rooms have large glazed windows which are great!

Car parking should be free to hotel customers. 22 €/day charge is too high. Room service should be open on 7/24 basis. More international channels on TV

Paying upfront 25Euro a day for additional services that I was not going to use and then having the charge refunded. Just does not feel so good from a customers perspective.

Breakfast was very good with a very wide selection. Hot food we not to my taste but the quality was very good. Room was comfortable and bed was very comfortable. Only gripe I had was my TV did not work but did not find that out until the last day so did not really effect my stay

Nothing, I wish it was a little closer to the centre.

Very modern and clean and luxurious. I stayed on the 21st floor. Ask for the high floors. Great view and nice and spacious king-size bed and the room and the bathroom. Should've used the spa and the gym. Highly recommended.

Check- in was a bit laborious. Not enough staff available and certainly one of the more long winded processes I've experienced Shower water pressure needs to be improved somehow

Melia Valencia is a only just outside the city Centre (2 stops on the metro). Its undoubtedly a 'corporate' hotel focussing on conference delegates and the like but the facilities are also excellent for us leisure travellers. public areas are light, airy and spacious. Rooms clean, well appointed and larger than the majority of hotels. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good Outdoor pool is quite small given the overall size of the hotel but I guess that's because most of the people their on business wont be using it! Pool side was lovely - helped by being very quiet despite it being warm & sunny whilst we stayed Overall value for money - 10/10

I think breakfast buffet could be better. Some items like the cheese selection didn’t look fresh, and breakfast items on the a la carte menu were a little bland.

The hotel is tastefully decorated. The round bar in the lobby is a great place to hangout before you go out. The rooms are spacious, and have everything you might need.

Our room got upgraded to a very high level room, almost at the top, with a view over the city. We could rent bikes in the hotel.

The staff are not very welcoming or helpful. The spa costs extra and is not good value.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are good and the bathrooms are lovely. Great shower and the rooms are tidied everyday. Breakfast is very good, although it's a little pricey. Food at the hotel is generally good.
