United StatesWe can’t say enough about how wonderful our time at the Met was because of Javier and the rest of the resort staff. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive from Diogo who served us coffee at breakfast, Maria who helped us at Isola, Alex who helped with our car and our wonderful cleaning staff as well! Everyone was so thoughtful and accommodating. The room was incredible and the view breathtaking. It was the perfect retreat for us. We really enjoyed chatting with all of you and will miss our home away from home.

Everything was perfect. We have stayed all over the world and this is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in. An amazing pool and right on the beachfront and unbelievable service, especially from Ewelina who was our guest ambassador during our stay. She welcomed us with a complimentary glass of champagne and also organised some complimentary food and drinks to our room for my birthday. Thank you Ewelina! We will definitely be coming back again soon!

PolandThere are only two small suggestions: - offering sparkling water in the rooms on top of still water - provide information about amount and different ways of blocking funds (guarantee) depending on the type of payment cards (credit, debit) in the booking confirmation.
We selected METT Hotel & Beach Resort for last few days of our Andalucia trip and it was the best choice we could make. Before arrival I received a survey collecting information about our preferences and it was only the good start. During check-in we were welcomed by Paula, amazing Guest Experience Ambassador who was taking care of us until end of our stay, answering all questions and managing all our requests through WhatsApp. And that is not everything, because based on information provided in survey we were offered a room upgrade and delicious surprise - it really made our stay unforgetable!!! Regarding hotel itself - this is the place with the soul with beautiful decoration, offering the best quality service and food, with perfect location just in front of the sea. We loved the view from balcony, the most comfortable bed we ever slept in, delisious breakfasts and other food served in restaurants. What is also worth to mention for sport addicts - gym is very well equiped with the newest Technogym equipement, next to the hotel there is a raquet club where you can play tennis or padel, outside pool is very long and filled with salty sea water, and there is also very nice and long bordwalk close to the sea for runners / walkers. Every staff member, either at reception, restaurants or service is very helpful and friendly which also makes you feel more comfortable during stay. We love to travel to different places and we always select different hotels but we would love to return to METT Hotel & Beach Resort in Estepona again!

United KingdomDrinks were expensive and we didn't like the fact that all the beach beds and beach bar and restaurant shut down while we were there and there were still 2 weeks to go of visitors. All the staff were deployed onto clearing up and we felt as though we should leave. It was difficult to get a drink or mattress round the pool though we realise the weather wasnt great.
The breakfasts were superb, the staff were exceptional, the food generally was very good.
