It needed a kettle or advise of the kind of coffee pods as there is not tea or coffee provided.

The property was situated within eye view of the Sagrada Familia (Cathedral). It is spacious and comfortable. Fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Truly, absolutely lovely.

The automated check-in process was a bit impersonal. Though it worked well it left you feeling a little uneasy initially.

The apartment was located very close to the Basilica del la Sagrada Familia (in fact there was a glimpse of it out our window). There was a supermarket across the road. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space in the apartment.

No tea or coffee supplies - after 30th travelling would have been good. Luckily there’s small supermarket across the rd open til 1030pm & small convenience store on opposite corner

Spacious apartment & comfortable bed. Great location near metro & plenty of restaurants etc. automatic checkin in the lobby with good instructions supplied. We had a glimpse of Sagrada but view wasn’t worth pointing out.

Nothing, we liked everything!

Everything! They thought about everything you need as a tourist..easy check-in, good information and instructions in room (for room and around city), provided little things like dishwashing/washing machine powder (so you don't have to buy it for one load), great facilities with everything you need for 6 adults, excellent customer service (booked taxis) and great location including having a supermarket across the road. 100% recommend!!!

Our apartment didn’t really have a view of the Sagrada. Maybe the other apartments in the building do.

Check in instructions were clear. Elevator in the building. Hosts replied quickly to queries and concerns. The apartment was very near Sagrada Familia.

Check-in was automated at the entrance (by providing scan of documents and payment) and it went smoothly. The apartment is well located very close to Sagrada Familia and short walk from the metro as well as plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.

Bedroom 2 is a little dark and the shower cubicle is tiny but overall a small inconvenience.

Despite the clean appearance of the bedrooms and general living area, there was some pretty visible mold in one of the bathrooms - on the ceiling, on the tile, and on the towel warmer (the towel warmer didn’t even have a plug to turn on, by the way). I know buildings are older and not everyone visiting would know to open the bedroom windows daily to change out the air, but there needs to be some sort of dehumidifier near the bathroom without a window to help prevent this.

Really good location - only a minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Spacious and good for a family of 4. (I think the bed was a sofa bed, so possibly up to 6). The bedrooms and general living area appeared clean. Easy check-in. Small lift so you don’t have to drag all your bags up the stairs.

The cleaning kit only had one dishwasher tablet. I would have liked one for each night of the stay.

We had TWO bathrooms! The location was great, nice building, spacious and comfortable rooms, great WiFi and customer support was very helpful and quick to respond

I think they should remodel their bathrooms. The cabin work is old and they should include a shower bath holder....for soap, shampoo etc....
