Nothing! It's amazing!

This hotel is an absolute dream. It's surrounded by palm trees and just overall a very cute little setting - little lights around the restaurant, nice pool, back yard with a little fountain - like a fairytale. Very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was absolutely amazing with a bathtub. Bed is extremely comfortable. We only stayed one night and so we MUST return again for a slightly longer stay.

Rooms a little dated and the bathroom a bit tired. The "gym" was very small and poorly equipped.

Fantastic peaceful and beautiful location. Large room with good quiet air conditioning and a great view. Friendly staff, good breakfast, lovely pool and great restaurant next door, the "charcoal menu" was wonderful and great value.

It would have been nice to have a lounge area for the evening where you could relax with a drink.

Rooms a little dated and lighting poor, but very clean. Breakfast was lovely fabulous staff and modern. However the pool was very dirty with lots of black mould. I appreciate it is the start of the season but people were using the pool. What would have been nice if someone notified us that work was taking place around the pool area as it was very noisy and they were welding near guests and we could have chose to go somewhere else.

The place is a real oasis, just like in the pictures. We were met by friendly staff, special thanks to Adriana who upgraded our room. The breakfast is diverse and very good.

food - lunch tasted like everything was a bit old, or not very well coocked- not worth 15 eur per person without drinks, breakfast was ok,walls are so tiny (maybe just old) so you hear every flush or shower other guests are doing, or if they play a tv in the room beside you, so if you have a light sleep as I do, no sleep for you.

Nice garden, close to center, quiet, clean rooms, spacius room and bathroom, kind stuff ( a bit stressed in the lunch aria, like they have lack of the ppl)

The gym was a little disappointing but other than that, the entire hotel was superb.

The dinner menu could have been more varied.

The breakfast was extremly good, that was the best breakfast (quality and quantity) I've ever experienced! The selection was very wide! We had half-pansion and the dinner was fine but after few days was a bit boring.

A wedding was on which ended at 3am in the morning. If I had known I would have booked another hotel. The rooms have limited soundproofing so as a result of that and the wedding we had a poor night sleep.

It was a lovely property with great staff, excellent location. Breakfast was superb. Town is great and only 10 minute walk.

I've stayed here twice and I'm very happy with everything. Nice walk to the center through lovely palmeral. Hotel restaurant is very good too. Remember the restaurant is open only spanish lunch and dinner times.

Very noisy. In our room >128 ground floor< we could hear the neighbours using the toilet, having a shower etc. the air conditioning was very noisy (clanging at night) and the footsteps from upstairs and out in the corridor were very obvious.

No comforter cover!?!? The hotel use only a king top sheet and maid cover comforter with it! So strange and uncomfortable.

Everything! View from room window! Our maid Lola went beyond wit her kindest although she doesn't speak English nor I speak Spanish! I managed to ask her about comforter cover and she found one for me just for one night. breakfast were great, older waiter was so professional with cleaning the table while we were waitihg for it to be ready.
