There were a great number of mosquitoes in the hotel's extensive grounds.

Breakfast include a wide selection of food in a bright clean environment. One small issue was that the scrambled egg and the bacon were barely warm. But this did not impinge to any degree on our stay.

we thought it would have been nicer just a little closer to town as we had someone with us who has trouble walking , so we had to run them into town , come back , park up and then walk back . Also no bar if you fancied a night cap . we did see some people sat outside the restaurant later but weren’t told if you could just have a drink there later , without having to have a meal . restaurant served evening meal too late for us to eat !

To mention something... I would improve the bathrooms in the future. They are nice, big, and comfortable but they are getting old.

Elche is the place where I grew up, and each time I come to visit my family I choose Jardín Milenio. It is located in a quiet place, surrounded by the famous palm trees, and close to the city center by walking. If you want to visit the beach it is around 15-20 minutes by car. The swimming pool and the garden (which resembles an arabic garden) are good to rest or read a book. The rooms are very nice and big with very comfortable beds.

There was a very strong musky smell throughout the hotel which reminded me of an old age home.

We would have made use of a bar and we were disappointed that there wasn’t one or a coffee shop which we would also have made use of for lunch.

Mattresses could be better Backside door doesn’t have normal entry for strollers. That two metal things that they put on the top of stairs should be demounted as they are extremely dangerous to use.

Slow restaurant/bar service

The bedroom was nice and spacious, comfy beds. Lovely pool area and the location was great. The reception also prepared a complimentary brealfastpack for us as we were leaving so early

There is an issue with the sound isolation. When someone talks in the hallway a bit noisy or someone opens/close their doors, you can get awaken by this in the middle of the midnight.

Spacious rooms and the rooms are kept very clean. The breakfast is a good one. There are enough parking spaces in the parking. The staff is helpful. Close to the city center, it takes 10 min. Walk.

The pool bar service is completely hit or miss - sometimes a staff member is there, other times it can take 10 minutes for them to show up. Also they seem to be sharing the cash register with the main restaurant so when paying the staff member disappears for several minutes before returning with your bill. All this time your drinks are sitting there getting warm
