Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Being close to the beach after a day working in Vigo was nice. Being able to jog and walk along the neautiful coast line was an added bonus . Comfortable bed which you don't often get in a 3 star hotel

United StatesDon’t know if this was because it’s near the end of the season but there were only 2 couples in residence that night(17 Oct)..this place is in need of a renovation…everything appeared old and in need of a thorough refresh! breakfast was very basic, but the worst part was the first dishes we picked up still had food on them…it had been only partly cleaned and drinking glasses were with worn or not clean or incompletely cleaned. besides ham/cheese, breakfast included a large variety of sweets or donuts. there were Kiwis for eating, that was a plus! Overall, rom was comfortable, there was a leak in the skylight in the stairwell while it rained. Bruno was the bright spot, very keen to help in any way he could. the older man and wife duo were also very pleasant and helpful.
very convenient to Camino and the stage length that was comfortable for our walking plans that day!
